“ERIC is the man! He makes the best salads. My husband comes here about once a week and he is always happy to see Eric working because he does the best salad chopping and makes sure every customer he serves is happy with their bowl. We came in tonight for 3 salads and surprise Eric was working. We hope everyone gets to experience a salad made by Eric we appreciate him more than he knows.“

“In my opinion, this might be one of the best places to eat in Olney! Service is great, very friendly, and the food comes out very timely! Though I can be a creature of habit and tend to order the same amazing couple of dishes every time I go… I have tried a few other entrées and they are all excellent!“

“This place is so cute and unique in Olney and DMV. I would really to recommend everyone come and visit if you have a chance. The location is very convenient. Not only it is a nice place for gourmet sandwiches and salads but the highlight is their ambient make you feel like homey where you can enjoy your meal among a backyard with outdoor tables. If you want more privacy, they also offer dinning table inside too. (1st and 2st floor in a house that looks like cottage or farmhouse style - not sure) Anyway, inside restaurant is quite tiny especially when you have to stay in line for ordering and waiting. I prefer to order ahead, grab a food and find some space outside to enjoy my break. Their menu might not be a lot of choices or fancy but I think they have enough good selections for you to try and get cozy experience in the same time.“

“Stop debating and make the reservation here. We always come here for the mussels, and are never disappointed. This time we had a kilo of the dijonaise followed by a kilo of the lobster bisque (“Snob” is the name on the menu). The latter were our favorite this visit. Service is always excellent, very friendly, and attentive when you need something. Also a good steak frites and sea bass, followed by chocolate mousse. It's a small, bistro style restaurant, very cozy and casual.“

“Your sign is blocked by trees. As first time visitors we drove right past even though gps said we’d arrived. Had to call from the car to get directions. Also need a sign for location of your handicapped ramp. It too is hidden from view.“

“This is the best Cafe Rio I've been to in the DMV. One complaint: they're not located closer to my house! The folks behind the counter were nice and cheerful. The food was excellent as always. Great portions and fresh. I'll be going to Cafe Rio for years to come!“

“Just ordered carry out online here for the first time. White meat orange chicken with fried rice, I requested no vegetables in my fried rice and it was perfect! Food was delicious and enough for 2 meals! This is definitely my go to restaurant now! And it was even ready early. Thanks for an excellent experience!!!“

“8.23.25 - our server was Faith and she was excellent! She was happy and provided exceptional service! There were some customers that she had that were not the nicest and she handled it with grace. The food was like any other ihop you go to, yummy!“

“Our favorite place ! We live closer to a different location but the Olney one has our hearts. Our 4 & 2 year old love the food just as much as the adults. We recently had them cater a party for us and we will definitely be doing that again in the future“
