“We ordered a shiva platter on Sunday for delivery on Wednesday at 11am. We used this place before 8 months ago also with a Wednesday delivery. Around 11:30 we started getting anxious about the food arriving. Seeing as the food was coming to Harrisburg from Baltimore I waited until 11:50 to call. The person on the phone said one delivery time they had was 10:30, then another said it was a 2 pm delivery time. We finally got to speak to someone higher up. They had someone leave immediately. We were told that deliveries on Wednesday don’t go out until 2pm. Nobody made us aware of this and 8 months ago we had no issues with an 11am delivery time. The order came with coffee and the time on it was 9:30, had the order come on time the coffee would have been the proper temperature. The order didn’t leave Baltimore until after 12, so the coffee was lukewarm. By the time we got home from my father in law’s funeral the food was here and set up thanks to a great friend helping. My advice is, if you use this establishment for catering CALL to confirm. The presentation of the food was great and the food delicious. Very frustrating not to have gotten an apology when we had written confirmation of 11am delivery time.“

“I love Sam’s bagels for breakfast, 2nd breakfast, or lunch. The bagels are delicious and they have all the classic smears and sandwiches. A highlight is there giant vats of iced coffee! All this on top of kind workers makes this a place I will always come back to.“

“After a rough morning my mom and I decided to try this place that I’ve driven past many times but never tried. From beginning to end, we were treated with kind and attentive service The coffee and food was amazing as well. I’m picky with my lattes, but the cookie latte was delicious and perfectly sweet. My mom is also picky with her coffee and enjoyed their hazelnut brew. We definitely plan to make this one of our new spots!“

“Been here a few times for the bagel breakfast sandwiches. Love the variety on the menu though! Food is good, but took off a star because it’s pricey IMO & their menu doesn’t include prices. They’ve also forgotten some of my toppings a few times (check your food before you leave). Still a go-to spot though. Fast service and I also like they gave GF options.“

“I go to Sam's bagel shop each time I'm in Reisterstown for church events or service. Sam's bagels are equal to Jewish made bagels and the service is pleasant. The prices are reasonable and cheaper than THB Bagely in Owings Mills. I love that taste the crunch of a toasted bagel with good quality butter. Check out Sam's Bagel and Deli people 👍“
