“For years, my wife and I have enjoyed dinner at Fireworks. There is another reason to love this restaurant, and that is their weekend bottomless brunch. Fireworks in Cascades opens at 11 on the weekends, and the brunch is available until about 3 pm. The selection is fantastic. We normally start with a Hot Irish Coffee, fresh and hot beignets that come with Nutella and strawberry dipping sauces, and the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. We also typically get a stack of pancakes, omelets and I LOVE the blackberry yogurt parfait. There are lots of other great food options on the buffet menu, as well as the full lunch menu, which includes AMAZING pizzas. Lastly, I want to give props to the staff. “Do you know the Aroma house has been around since I moved here 25 years ago. It's not Domino's. It's not trending Napolitano it's not trendy anything it's just good. It's a hole in the wall.
