“On Tuesday, August 26, we were three persons at an early dinner on a Tuesday night. The service was superb and the food was absolutely delicious. I wish we had taken photos of the huge spring rolls with shrimp. My friends had Green curry, and Pad See Euw (sp) and I had Pad Thai, my test for first time at a Thai place. All the dishes were lovely with generous portions and the atmosphere in a little private alcove was great. I plan to return next week after visiting Glenstone.”

“This Greek restaurant in Potomac, MD is a hidden gem. The lobster spaghetti was rich and perfectly balanced, and the dessert—simple, elegant, unforgettable. The menu is carefully curated, and it shows. This is their second restaurant—the first has been around for over 30 years. They know what they’re doing. Small space, so definitely make a reservation—but bar seating is just as good (we sat there and loved it). Carlos the bartender and the whole staff were amazing. We were the only Black/brown folks there, and felt completely welcomed. Don’t miss this spot—real food, real hospitality, real experience.”

“I had visited a Chopt once before, but my recent visit truly stood out. This particular location is one of the cleanest and friendliest I have encountered.

I received a warm welcome from the staff, and I was impressed by the expanded menu offerings, especially the addition of steak and salmon. Carlos, one of the managers, recommended the Southwestern Steak Salad with avocado and a blend of chipotle ranch and Mexican Goddess dressing. It was absolutely delicious!

Despite it being a busy lunch and seemingly fewer employees working, Carlos took the time to provide recommendations, and his suggestion was perfect. I will definitely be returning.

“Had the privilege to play this with the pro Harvey. This course is a great example of what it looks like to see what the PGA sees. It was tough but fair. The course was in impeccable shape…even in the midst of record heat and humidity. The staff was nothing short of amazing and welcoming from the moment we pulled in the parking lot. “Great burgers. Salted peanuts in the shell are a nice treat. They know how to cook beach fries the right way (2 baths). Price is a factor, but the food is well executed. Potomac location has a few nice outdoor tables.”

“We had a few slices of pizza and a veggie calzone, and everything was really excellent. As a former NYer, I'm a pizza snob, and this place is good. In fact, their sauce is one of the best I've had. They also have a few beers on tap, including an IPA, which was a pleasant surprise. Service was outstanding as well. This place is easy to recommend.”

Parking here generally sucks but I have my own solution that I won’t share hah. But do keep that in mind.”

“I love California Tortilla and this place didn't disappoint! The steak fajita burrito was delicious. The Coke from the machine was off, but I'll chock it up to a mistake. Someone probably put the wrong bag in the regular spot, it tasted like cherry. The sauce wall has some pretty amazing sauces and to-go containers. Will definitely be back!”

“Found this gem on my search for a first date location and Old Anglers Inn knocked it wayy out of the park. From the moment we pulled into the parking space it was apparent this was going to be a magical evening. The lights, the building and large firepit center piece made me think I was in a story book. Service - outstanding, highly professional and attentive. Food - lobster bisque, crab cake and salmon all top tier. Drinks - my date loved her side car, my old fashioned was good, could have been a bit stronger but that's personal preference. We met the owner Mark who directed us to explore the inside, cute spiral staircase to an upstairs dinning area (we picked our table by the window for our next visit). Outside, are additional event spaces (probably perfect for engagement parties) and a beer garden with live music for the more casual date nights. We will definitely return for the live music next month and get to experience our first time at this amazing venue.”
