My friend was incensed, but we let it go because we didn't want to hold up the customers behind us and the young man may have been new at his job.“

The carefully created smoothies on their menu are delicious and are completely customizable if you want to omit, change, or add an ingredient. That is great for people on various restrictive diets. I also love the Build Your Own option! When I am not in the mood for one of the smoothies on the menu because I am not in the mood for sherbet, yogurt, or protein powder, I use the BYO to order smoothies with tons of fruit and a little juice. Sometimes, I even order a second very fruity BYO, so I can put one in my freezer and eat it like Italian ice the next day. Try it, you'll love it!“

“I've always had good experiences at this location, which is why I'm still giving it 4 stars and will continue coming back.

That said, I had a concerning experience during my visit on June 29 at around 8:40 PM. I wasn't asked for my rewards phone number, which is normally fine because I can scan the barcode on my receipt later to receive my rewards points. However, when I received my receipt, there was no barcode to scan. In the past, whenever I haven't provided my phone number, a barcode has always been printed so I could claim my points afterward.

Based on that, I believe an employee may have entered a different rewards phone number instead of asking for mine. I can't say for certain that's what happened, but based on my previous experiences, it's the only explanation that makes sense to me. If that's what occurred, it's something management should investigate because customers shouldn't lose out on the rewards they've earned.

Other than this incident, I've always enjoyed coming here. The ice cream is great, the staff is usually friendly, and I hope this issue is addressed.“
