The man who picked up the phone was so accommodating and made sure that the customized message had the correct spelling of my name. When the cake was picked up, the lady was extremely lovely and kind. 10/10 would recommend and will be buying another birthday cake (very soon) from this bakery. I have also visited this bakery before to buy a n emergency cake and they have lots in the display case available. Perfect, delicious cakes. “The taiyaki is delicious!!! ? The outside was amazingly fresh and crispy, while inside was all yummy gooey goodness. I usually like a custard flavored taiyaki, but the chocolate won me over with its amazingly strong chocolate flavor. I also had the an/red bean flavored filling, which was generously spilling out. Also delicious. Hard to choose which is the best flavor, so why not go for all 3. You can't go wrong. Only wish you were open on a weekday... As an aside, the customer service was equally as great. I am vegan and was a little doubtful about ordering from this shop since there a very little vegan options but due to convenience I took a chance and ordered a side of Hummus and side of couscous and chickpea and to my surprise both were pretty tasty… so much so that I ordered another two orders of the couscous and chickpea. The staff were very so friendly and patient. If I’m ever stuck in the area for work I would definitely go back for more! Also their prices overall are very reasonable.“

“They're doing some major rearranging of things so the place is s little confused at the moment, but they will get there. The store is always understaffed, that's a management decision. The folks we do work with are friendly and helpful and do the best they can. We particularly love Erica, the barista at the Starbucks kiosk. She's bright and cheerful and helped us feel better when the lockdowns were really getting to us. When things were really strange earlier in the year and almost everything was closed, the in-store Starbucks was a breath of fresh air and normalcy. A lot of that had to do with Erica. Even now that the full store is open right next door, we prefer to go into Safeway for our coffee... which usually ends up with us spending a lot on groceries too!“

It was amazing!! the shaved ice part was creamy and fluffy (more like frozen cream, not shaved ice). all the flavors were good but I loved the red bean the most (actually i can go for any except the mango but it's a personal preference kind of thing). it was a tad expensive but I would say it's worth the treat plus the couple (I'm assuming) are lovely and nice. this is definitely our go-to bingsoo place.“
