“I'm devastated that this place has closed. I liked it better than the La Limeña Grill further south on Rockville Pike. At least the sister restaurant is still available where many of the menu items are the same, but the original was more chill and had the full rotisserie chicken menu. I should have been suspicious when their website was no longer available a few weeks ago when I tried to pull up their menu. I know the pandemic really reduced their original menu, but its offerings were still tasty. I'll miss y'all in the Ritchie Center!“

“Such a fantastic, atmospheric spot among the relative bland options downtown Bethesda, and the food here is absolutely second to none! Of the few places that offer ropa vieja and plenty more.Parking: Downtown Bethesda, after all, so good luck parking. LOL“

“I’ve been coming here for about 5 years. The restaurant is small but clean and the staff is always friendly.I always get the Chicharron con Arepa, Arepa Pabellon, or Arepa de Camaron. The arepas are always good and made fresh to order. This is not “fast food”, so if you are in a rush, I suggest placing an online order.If you are a fan of flan or tres leche cake, give it a try here. You can tell that they make the dessert in house. Both are very enjoyable!Street parking and garage parking are near by.“

“I went with three friends. Two of them ordered identical dishes. One came with avocado, the other didn't, so there was a bit of a quality control problem there.Ordering at the front is optionally self-service; I tried that and was having significant difficulty in placing the order on several levels. Eventually one of the staff took my order for me.Otherwise good, though, and I know I harped on the bad points but there's a reason I gave it four stars and not two or three.“

“What a great place for Latin food and vibes!!! Everything from apps, drinks, entrees to deserts tasted great. Their shrimp ceviche with passion fruit was the best I’ve ever had. Desserts are to die for, I recommend to try flan and coconut vegan ice cream. All drinks were made with fresh squeezed juices and their wine options are very good. The vibe overall is very very cute. Lots of space, windows and the decor is very instagramable. The service was very attentive and friendly, on the other hand. I liked this place a lot and will definitely be back soon!“
