“They have rebranded the restaurant as "Glenwood's". If you want to compare it to an existing chain, think Copper Canyon, as they are under the same corporate umbrella. This was my first visit here and I wasn't disappointed. Our server was very attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere is on the subdued side, even though most of the window views are of Wootton Parkway. The food was very good. The jumbo lump crab cakes were filling and meaty. I enjoyed their cocktails as well; just the right mixture. Highly recommended!“

The host's name was Mercedes and she explained to me her food recommendations. She was very professional and smiled all the time. She also told me it is raining outside so I should take an umbrella. I didn't have too much of an expectation on coffee as this venue is located inside a hotel but this coffee was definitely the best coffee I've ever had in any hotels. (i stay in Marriott hotels more than 30 days a year) Very smooth and appropriately sweet. You are doing well and please keep it up! *French toast was amazing too.“

“Great food, super cute and chic ambiance, and easy, prompt service. The menu has all the classics of an upscale Italian restaurant and the flavors + portions don't disappoint! I had the Burrata, the mushroom pasta, and the broccolini - all were well prepared and delicious. The price point is certainly on the higher side but nonetheless it's a cute and cosy spot that I hope to be back to soon. Glad to have this option in the neighborhood!“

“Some great food and a few misses. The oysters were great- cold, briny, and delicious. I ordered the grilled tuna off of their special spring menu and it was phenomenal. Great flavor and cooked well. The most egregious flaw was a medium-rare steak that was ordered was served medium-well. The waiter wasn’t able to provide information about what oysters were available and the bar struggled with a martini. I’ll give it another shot but expected a little more for the price and reputation.“

My husband and I both started with the seasonal soup -- a carrot ginger which felt a bit thin. He and my mom both had the blackened salmon -- she thought it was great and he thought it lacked some flavor. I had the smoked duck breast which was fine -- the side it came with was great. The restaurant wasn't full which meant we could hear well and the hostess became our server was nice -- though maybe a bit nervous. The bathrooms were clear though it felt a bit like a rest stop bathroom -- odd given their menu and prices.“

“Don’t let Atxondo’s modest looks deceive you. I was skeptical but some friends wanted to try this place so I went along. I was very pleasantly surprised. We ate vegetarian and everything was excellent. I can recommend the brussel sprouts, tortilla española, crispy potatoes, coliflor, golden beets, fried shishitos, and risotto. I almost forgot to mention the interesting drink menu and the best flan I’ve ever had. Service was great too. Go with a group so you can try everything!“

We arrived without a reservation and were told it would be a 20 minute wait, but didn't get seated for ~50 minutes. Our server seemed harried.The crab cake eggs benedict was the highlight for us. The English muffin is toasted thoroughly and didn't get soggy, the crab cake was crispy and seasoned well. The breakfast potatoes were also seasoned and flavorful - just wish they had been crispier. The huevos rancheros was fine. The Werewolf in London was a touch watered down even before the ice melted.“

They opened up the private dining area to make room. They went out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and valued. We have a new favorite place, not only because of excellent food and service, but because the staff and management were kind, caring, and made everyone feel welcome and valued.“

The atmosphere was calm and they always had sports on the T.Vs. We were able to pop, in get dinner, and get out. A great restaurant for sure.“

Happy hour deals are great, if you have a group I definitely recommend getting the Cuban Street Food Sampler, so that you can get a good variety of finger food! The Sampler comes with Empanadas, Pollo Coca-Cola, Salted Cod Croquettes, Pan Con Lechon, Fried Yuca, Tostones, and their Cuban Sandwiches. My favorite of the bunch has to be the Cuban Sandwiches, which had tasty bread with delicious meat filling, the Fried Yuca which came coated in super tasty fried garlic, and the Pan Con Lechon which was pork that literally melted in your mouth! We also had the Hibiscus Sangria cocktails for happy hour, which were alright in my opinion.“
