“This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. No one here seems to have any idea how to do their jobs. Expect to stand at the counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone even notices you’re here. It’s almost expected that some part of your order will be wrong.“

“They didn't offer the same offers as other Dunkin donuts the guy did explain that it recently changed so that could be as well I felt that the service was decently good they kind of took forever cuz I had a big order but when I mentioned I was in a rush they jumped on it real fast which I appreciated I have noticed a lot of places tend to take mobile orders and fill them before your own order this is common of a lot of places though“

“Nicest Dunkin’ I have ever been to. They don’t make em like this in New York. Large store on the corner with comfortable seating inside and on the patio, in the morning shade. Very busy, very clean location. Would have been quicker if I hadn’t ordered ahead, but the wait was not too bad. App orders are placed on shelves in front of the counter for pick up, which is something that wouldn’t make it New York, either. Coffee hot and fresh, doughnuts delicious. Bathrooms available. Accessible ♿️.“

“I love this place. They don't really get a lot of customers so they always have free donuts and I had walked in with coffee from another dunkin location that had got my order wrong so I walked in to ask if they could add sweetener and he was so willing and excited to help. Love this place gonna come here all the time. And if the worker sees this I was there on Oct 6th 2025 around 3:30! Thank you and pls give him a raise!!“

“The lady that works Thursday mornings (or today 1/18/2024 around 12pm) CONSISTENTLY makes the best version of my daily go to maple/sweet black pepper bacon and egg croissant breakfast sandwich and the white choco signature cold drink. Another worker told me that the bacon is pre-seasoned which I’m sad about only because sometimes the bacon tastes plain , it’ll be nice if there’s extra seasoning for flavor to differentiate it from the regular sandwich since we are paying more for maple bacon. The wintergreen plaza location’s bacon seems to have more flavor when it comes to their maple bacon for some reason. A couple times, I’ve gotten cold eggs and stomach aches moments after as well. For these reasons I would’ve given a 3/5 rating BUT, because of the staff that works Wednesday mornings, I have to give them a 5/5. She’s awesome and always wishes you a great day with a smile :)“

“I don’t know who the young lady at the drive through name is but who ever she is working this Monday morning may 6th needs a raise she’s so polite fast kind and great at her job smiles offers help and suggestions she is made for customer service!“

“New Dunkin in Traville is wonderful. Great food, cleanliness , great radio channel, and off in a small corner . Best Dunkin that I’ve had. Oh and the coffee is absolutely great with no mistakes . I can actually taste the coffee. Fresh all around“
