An unexpected misfireWe’ve enjoyed many good meals at Peter Chang restaurants over the years, and thought the Rockville town center spot would be great for an early lunar new year meal. Food was good, but a few stars taken off because the Chinese waiter with the glasses should be fired. He only served Chinese-speaking customers while we were there (I watched the whole time we were there and am Chinese-speaking myself but didn’t get served by him), and he chewed out the other waiter in front of the restaurant, sarcastically asking him, “you speak English, don’t you?” He was also very rude to a security guard who came in, getting his order wrong and was...read full review
