The table comes with a free bowl of feta & herb hush puppies w/ a harissa butter spread that had justtt the right kick to it. “Don’t let Atxondo’s modest looks deceive you. I was skeptical but some friends wanted to try this place so I went along. I was very pleasantly surprised. We ate vegetarian and everything was excellent. I can recommend the brussel sprouts, tortilla española, crispy potatoes, coliflor, golden beets, fried shishitos, and risotto. I almost forgot to mention the interesting drink menu and the best flan I’ve ever had. Service was great too. Go with a group so you can try everything!“

“This was one of the BEST sushi restaurants I’ve ever tried. Everything was flavorful, well thought out and made with care and attention to detail. The kale salad was fresh and the carrot ginger dressing was delicious. I had the miso soup and it was phenomenal. The table was very narrow so it was tricky having to move things around however that didn’t take away from the dining experience. The lemonades were amazing and the rolls were so amazing we couldn’t stop talking about the food after we left. 10/10 and I can’t wait to go back!“
