“Riviera Tapas has become my mom’s go-to spot, and after joining her for a family dinner there, I completely understand why. We got to enjoy happy hour along with a mix of small bites and entrees, and everything we tried was excellent.

Our server, Ivan, made the night even better. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, and genuinely entertaining — he felt less like a server and more like he was part of our family dinner. That kind of warmth and hospitality is hard to find.

Highly recommend Riviera Tapas for a great meal and even better company. Ask for Ivan if you can!

We had Datiles, empanadas, spring rolls, wings and steak tacos as appetizers. For dinner entrees: steak, lamb chops, salmon and short rib ravioli.“

“We had an early dinner before attending a performance at the Ford’s Theater. We made reservations through Open Table and were immediately seated upon arrival. The service was great. Our server recommended several dishes that we loved. There were abundant vegan and vegetarian options. Chilorio de Res tacos were mouthwatering as were the Hongos en Milto ones. In fact, every dish we ordered was delicious. One dish (chilaquiles) never arrived from the kitchen but we were pressed for time so we opted to have it taken off our bill instead of waiting for them to prepare it separately. Dessert, Cafe de Olla, was phenomenal. Pics are only some of the items we tried. Great atmosphere for date night and a milestone birthday celebration. Highly recommend.“

“It's not often I come into DC and feel that the restaurant food and experience was worth it. But this restaurant was EXCEPTIONAL in every way. The plates were delicious, generous and beautifully presented. The cocktails were delicious and beautifully made. The atmosphere was pleasant and warm. The service was excellent and attentive. We were here to celebrate my friend‘s birthday and they accommodate us and made it very memorable. It's not often a restaurant will do nice things for someone birthdays these days.“

“A fun spot for Spanish tapas in Arlington, especially if you're looking for vegetarian options. My favorites were the patatas, corn, and mushrooms definitely the highlights of the dinner.
Wine selection is good.

The squid paella was just okay for our family, but the service was good and the outdoor seating was a nice touch. We’ve also been to the Bethesda location, and personally, I prefer the Bethesda location for the overall experience.“

Highlights are definitely the pastas and garlic knots. A good selection of NA beverages as well. Can't forget to highlight the outstanding staff and thoughtful service. “I had the pleasure of dining at The Hitching Post DC. I ordered the grilled lamb chops, mac & cheese, collard greens. The lamb chops are in my top 2 of the best I've ever tasted. I don't normally order mac & cheese when I go out to a restaurant, but this order was perfect as well. The collard greens could use a little vinegar, however, they were still delicious. I will definitely dine there in the near future. The lemon cake had was flavorful, moist and delicious, too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

I even prefer it to its sister restaurant Tip Khao, which is older and better established (and also very good). This place is more creative and has flavors that are closer to what you'll find in East Asia. Overall, one of the very best restaurants in DC in terms of price/quality ratio.“

“Don’t let Atxondo’s modest looks deceive you. I was skeptical but some friends wanted to try this place so I went along. I was very pleasantly surprised. We ate vegetarian and everything was excellent. I can recommend the brussel sprouts, tortilla española, crispy potatoes, coliflor, golden beets, fried shishitos, and risotto. I almost forgot to mention the interesting drink menu and the best flan I’ve ever had. Service was great too. Go with a group so you can try everything!“

“I've been to this place twice now and had amazing meals each time. It really feels like a best kept secret, but I hope more folks catch on as this place is great and I'd love it to stick around.
I really enjoyed the snapper, grilled artichokes and chile relleno, but all the dishes I've tried have been great.
It's a small place with a long bar, a few tables inside and a small patio outside. They have an awesome selection of mezcal, tequila and cocktails. Very easy to walk in and get a table, but the quality of everything was great (it's honestly confusing).

The service is amazing, super fast, and the interior decor is beautiful. I know some folks mention the paella doesn’t have the crispy rice in the bottom but personally I prefer that way. “I visited Miss Toya"s Creole on Saturday September 30th. I took my oldest son for his birthday ?. My waitress Hope gave excellent customer service. The food was awesome as always. The manager Imai came to our table numerous times to make sure everything was good. Please go to Miss Toyas in Silver Springs Md the food and customer service will not disappoint you.“

“We love Cork! My boyfriend and I randomly popped in one day and had the best experience. We sat right at the bar and had the best experience with Karim who was so knowledgeable about their wines and wine in general. We ended up ordering food and were so happy with the steak! They have a ton of wine options, you’re sure to find at least one you like and their tasting flights are a great option to try something different. It may be a little pricier but it’s on par for a wine bar and our service was exceptional so that feels like you’re paying for great quality. We’ve already been back and joined the wine club! Huge fans of Cork!“

I also ordered the collard greens, which had a nice smoky flavor without being overly salty. The portions were generous, and everything came out hot. The food was good overall, although I thought the seasoning on the chicken could have been a little stronger.“
