“As a contractor on a military installation, I didn't have high expectations regarding the service or food quality at this McDonald’s location, let alone many McDonald’s. However, I’m writing this review specifically to highlight how pleasantly surprised I was by the experience.

The atmosphere was calm and orderly, the service was courteous, and the entire restaurant was noticeably clean. I visited on Thursday, May 22, 2025, just before the holiday weekend. The self-service kiosks were fully operational, making the ordering process quick and efficient. When my order was ready, my number was called clearly—loud enough to hear, but in a polite and professional tone.

To my surprise, the Big Mac meal I received was one of the best I’ve had from McDonald’s—fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying.

One minor note: the sweet tea dispenser was running low. I managed to get a cup, but a more frequent check on drink stations and commonly used items would help ensure they remain stocked.

Overall, this was an unexpectedly positive visit, and I appreciate the staff’s effort in maintaining such a high standard.“

“Having our church women's winter fellowship catered was great. Choosing boxed meals was very appropriate and affordable. The food was delivered on time, hot and very good. Our clean up crew was ecstatic because they did not have to break down a buffet set-up.“

“We visited today for my son’s birthday. We had a large group and it was peak hours on a Saturday. Everything was amazing! Our food came out hot and correct, the entire staff seemed to work together so well and a manager walking around checking in with guests. Our server Brandi was beyond amazing. Then I highly recommend you begin your visit by asking for Angie to take care of you/your friend or family. I walked into Red Robin after the lunch rush. Angie appeared to be prepping for the next rush of customers. However, she turned away from her current task and asked me if I needed help. I had lots and lots of question, as I was preparing to have a family dinner there the next day. From the moment she welcomed me and offered to assist, she presented to me that I had 100% of her attention. “Not from this area of the country.. work brought me on for a week.. Had to make a stop at Walmart across street.. Found this place and was hungry.. Just past 10a.m. so figured I get an early lunch.. Got a cheese steak and med fries... They exceeded my expectations.. The sandwich was big, hot, and extremely tasty.. Fries was also.. Service was fast, and the young lady that took my order was nice and explained my options clearly.. Close enough to my hotel so I will definitely be back before the week is over..“

“This was a very good hamburger. Though I asked for medium, it was medium well. Of course, degree of doneness is a challenge for any hamburger joint. Even so, the meat was flavorful. There was quite a bit of bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. The onion rings were also quite good. The shortfall was Pepsi products, which I do not prefer. I think the shock for me was one burger, order of onion rings, and fountain drink was $25.00.“

“Went to WNB for the first time this past weekend and I was pleasantly surprised how delicious my meal was. I ordered a steak burger with fries and a drink. The burger was full of flavor and very tasty. The fries were the best I’ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be grabbing lunch there again in a few weeks when I’m in the area. “Best burger I've had in Baltimore! Came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I've been having a craving to come back ever since. Went back today, and it was excellent again. “The Restaurant was very clean, me and my son went on a Wednesday so it wasn't much of a crowd in there but the cashier was very nice very friendly and patient as well. The food was delicious and fresh, I loved the Honey Butter Chicken sandwich it was really tasty and my son had the smash burger which he really liked as well, and we both had fries. BTW the Mojoitos are deliciousss. We'll definitely be back!!“

“A wonderful find, just a short, safe walk from the cruise terminal where our ship had just docked on Monday night.Large choice of beers and a good, lively atmosphere with music and sports on the tvs. We didn’t eat but the food looked good.“

“Everytime I use the drive through at Hardee's Jada always say hello will you be using the app today? When I get to the window she always greets me with a smile, she's very patient, friendly, and provides excellent customer service skills. She treats me like a valued customer. “For as expensive as it can be to order food for a family from here, we do expect warm and fresh food. our food was barely room tempature and definitely old fries. The ice cream had hair in it. This place has gone down hill fast. Would not recommend.“

“I was thrilled to see a Shake Shack upon entering M&T Stadium. Catching them early is key too!\n\nThe line was around 15 or so deep and moved pretty quickly. I could tell they had their act together. \n\nOrders were taken with efficiency. Two double shack burgers with fries and two chocolate shakes. The total of $65 with tax and tip was a big ouch! \n\nThe meals pushed out within 10 minutes. Everything hot and tasty. Btw they pre make the shakes and put them in the freezer to move things along. \n\nGood experience, but don't delay and hit them early!“

“I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. She said she had the same experience I had- life changing! If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this is the place to go!“

“It has been years since we had gone to a Burger King, and I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were good, gotta love flame broiled, but the plain fries were lacking (especially when compared to curly fries and thin cut fries as found in their competition). I know they have specialty fries, but why have these as an option if they aren't great? There wasn't lots of business (especially for dine in) on a Monday evening, so that was refreshing. The playlist/music seemed to touch multiple generations, but might have been light on current pop. The place appeared clean.“

“Good news, bad news. The croquettes and tuna tartar were delicious. The olives and octopus were okay. The paella was terrible. The menu lists all these ingredients that were clearly not included. The chicken breast on top was hammered. The dish was very oily and there was no socorrat which is the quintessential paella characteristic. I'm sure it's not easy to train staff how to do this well so take it off the menu until you get it right.“

“I recently went here on Tuesday to get dinner for my family and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered (online pickup) 2 double jalapeño cheeseburgers and 2 double Impossible jalapeño cheeseburgers and 4 side sauces which came to $58. Everything was cooked to perfection, seasoned, and ready when I arrived. The menu is simple and not overly complicated w/ too many options. The space isnt too big and it was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. highly recommend eating here. Definitely going back soon“

“The food from five guys is good as always. A bit overpriced, but still very good. The service was a bit slow at this location, it could’ve been the time of day, but it seemed disorganized. Other than that, my food came out hot, fresh, and very tasty.“

“I think this is like most five guys. And I would usually give five guys 5 stars, but this one was smaller than most and it felt a little clostrophobic. That's why I gave it a 4. The food is amazing.

Also, if you've never been I would suggest getting the little burger, all it is, is you get 1 burger paddy rather than 2. It's a lot cheaper and I personally like the taste of one paddy over 2“

It’s good, with a touch of spiciness from jalapeños, maple sweetness from the light basting of maple sauce and the maple bacon crumbles, with crispy onions, and American cheese. It’s a nice treat, especially the maple and the little bit of crunch. For me, it wont replace fresh taste of the regular whopper. This BK is east to get to on the south side of US-40. Quick, friendly drive-thru. Plenty of parking in their lot.
