“This is the go to place for ice cream !! The location is great, parking is adequate, there's a drive-through, and inside is nice to sit and have your ice cream! Not a lot of seating though , but their customer service is really great!!“

“This was a great restaurant to stop by during my layover in Baltimore! I was quite starving, but I didn’t want a big meal or junk food because of my upcoming flight.
This place offered an excellent strawberry banana smoothie that helped quench my hunger. A small was 7 dollars.
It was nice getting to watch them peel the banana, which helped ensure its freshness.
The smoothie itself was delicious and sweet with the two flavors popping out every couple sips.
Overall, great place, and if I’m ever stuck in Baltimore with a growling stomach again, I will be sure to return.

“I come here pretty often and have gotten to meet a variety of the staff members! Everyone is super nice and very welcoming! However, I want to highlight one of their staff members in particular.
Casey (sp?) is so awesome every time I come in! She is so great to interact with and always sprinkles a little bit of positivity on my day whenever I go. You are awesome casey!“

“Very busy/crowded but super worth it. Very happy with my purchase…. LOVE IT! Ordered online ahead of time, about 30 minutes or so before i got there. Still took an extra 40 minutes and there was rowdy teenagers inside as well, can’t expect much though.“

I could not say enough about my positive experience on Wednesday, March 27 due to the amazing service from the girl working tonight who served my parents and I ice cream (around 6:30).She smiled, welcomed us in, offered us a sample, explained the flavors, laughed at my dad’s Dad Joke, and was so warm to us. Based on her smile and service alone, I’d come back here!The ice cream flavors are also so decadent! I got bourbon-something and my Mom said the regular coffee ice cream was great compared to the cappuccino one.“

“For as expensive as it can be to order food for a family from here, we do expect warm and fresh food. our food was barely room tempature and definitely old fries. The ice cream had hair in it. This place has gone down hill fast. Would not recommend.“

“Rita's is my favorite ice cream parlor simply because of their soft serve options! I'm not a big fan of the regular scooped ice cream and much more prefer softer ice cream and foods in general.
My favorite thing there by far is the cookies and cream Gelati! I also love the Choclate - Vanilla - Twist cone (on a cake cone) with rainbow sprinkles! If I'm down for it, every once in a while, I will get the Swedish fish Gelati that has a nice sweet tang to it, and mixed with the frozen creamy custard , it's so perfect!
Now, so far with staff I hadn't had any issues with. According to a lot of other reviews on here, people are saying the staff and customer service are terrible. Most of the time, especially during summer seasons, it's just high schoolers finding a summer job there, and they're pretty friendly to me!
That's all for now, though. I would highly recommend this place, definitely a 10/10!!!!“

“There was one young lady working by her self, with a store full of customers. She remain professional kind and very polite the whole time my husband and I waited in line. She deserves a raise a gift card or something. The man a head of me offered her a tip but she declined. So humble her work ethic to be a teenager is beyond impressive!!!!!“
“Overall enjoyable; we got two sundaes: Peach Cobbler and Strawberry Sundae, which we liked better than the peach.STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE SUNDAEThe strawberry compote is the winner here since you get this sweet syrupy fresh strawberry flavor running through the strawberry ice cream and the graham cracker crumbles don't get moistened by everything going on, maintaining their satisfyingly crumbly texture.PEACH COBBLER SUNDAEGood overall but having a vanilla ice cream base means needing quite a bit going on to make sure you don't just taste vanilla which unfortunately was a lot of what I tasted. The bottom had the peach compote/peaches (which either are canned or simmered as whole slices to make the compote since they were very tender and syrupy). The top had some drizzle which was good but gone after you get that initial layer of ice cream. Not much else texture wise to provide contrast. Maybe use peaches and cream ice cream? Or integrate peaches into the vanilla?The ice cream in general is good - nothing outstanding, but classic and yummy. It's hard to make bad ice cream and it was honestly enjoyable!“

“I bought 8 cupcakes for my sisters birthday ! It’s so cute inside . The cupcakes were amazing . I met the sweet owner. She gave me a sample of her homemade ice cream. Wow!!! I Will definitely be going back. My sisters are both excited as well. I’m going to tell as many people as possible. The service was great. The young woman who waited on me was very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience all around.

“Small, cute little restaurant. I only had a chocolate banana milkshake, but it was AMAZING! I have a moderate milk protein allergy, so I felt a little bit of discomfort and decided to skip my run the following morning to be safe, and guess what? STILL WORTH IT!
