His professionalism, promptness, and care for customer satisfaction truly stood out. He didn’t just fix the issue, he went above and beyond by remaking both salads perfectly himself.

“I was about 15 minutes late arriving and my friends were just being shown to our table when we had no reservation at 6:30 on a Friday evening. We were upstairs and the tables around the open area of the restaurant were quiet enough for understandable conversation, though there were a lot of conversations going on in the restaurant. The waitress was attentive. She brought water without being prompted. She checked back frequently to get appetizer, additional drinks and dinner orders. Shrimp taco was delicious. The tomatoes on it did not make the wrap too soggy. There was nothing special about the fries or the chicken wings. The sauces for the wings were delicious. It was a good location to meet, converse and have a fine meal after a nice day's sail.“

“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. “This place is the BEST sushi restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve been meaning to do a review for a while, but haven’t been able to get around to it. I’ve never viewed anything before because I never thought something was Worth reviewing, but this place is genuinely the best. I always get the same order every time, and it is perfection every-time. The Philly roll has a wonderful Smokey taste with the cream cheese, none of the other flavors in the avocado and salmon diminish any other taste. It blends perfectly. My favorite food in the world is sushi, with the friendly atmosphere and wonderful food, this place couldn’t be beat.“

“Never crowded when I go to this amazing salad location. Today's visit was with Bailey who was the most energetic, sweet and professionally helpful lady. She was patient with my order, offering suggestions with amusement. Complete eye contact and allowed me time to prepare my first Seafood Ceasar Salad. She made it worth my while to visit for carryout today. It was National Lemonade Day and no better time to visit. All of the items in the salad were fresh and smelled wonderful. The dressing paired with it was very delicious and both lemonades are always delicious. For super fresh salads and/or wraps, vegetarian options with possible vegan fare too, I highly recommend this establishment. Definitely will be returning soon.

Parking: This parking lot is shared with multiple other businesses and can get quite bust depending on the time of day.

“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“I ordered the NY Cheese Combo Pizza with pepperoni, ham, and sausage. It wasn't bad, but it was slightly on the greasy side. The crust could've been or the crispier side, but the dough isn't bad. I dined in, but the service was mediocre at best. The guy who took my order brought the pizza out. He was on his cell phone speaking with someone and didn't ask if i needed anything else. I had no drink, so I grabbed a beverage from the cooler. I recommend this place, but don't expect friendly service.“

“The Annapolis Crab sandwich was really good! And we also tried the soft sell crab special sandwich and it was super crispy and nice !!! True crab meat with nice sauces and fries.

“12.17.24 My "home" Panera is the one on Ritchie Hwy in Pasadena which is slowly deteriorating.
THIS Panera is much better run. Well stocked. Crew is always friendly and responsive. Food order is correct & served quickly. Dining room is well looked after. Restroom clean. Def a step above the "other one".
Danielle, the mgr, is AWESOME! Watched her gently, but firmly & with authority, get a sleeping homeless person out of the booth & store. It appeared he had been there a while & I'm sure is allowed to overstay his welcome as a kindness by Panera. But it was getting close to lunch hour & he needed to make room for others. Thankfully, it is approaching 60 degrees today.“

“This is for the Baltimore Airport location and I don't know the address. Evidently, they are a chain. We don't have them in California. I had a layover and needed some food. They made a sandwich to order- lots of meat and a meal indeed. Prices was very reasonable for an airport. Staff was "can do" and the sandwich was great. “We always use curbside pickup via the app, sometimes Crofton, Gambrills, Severna Park and sometimes Severn. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. She’s always prompt and so kind and our order is always perfect. She definitely deserves recognition.“
