“I had a recent order mix-up with a modified Cobb salad, and while I was initially disappointed, Havik at Honeygrow Annapolis completely turned the experience around. His professionalism, promptness, and care for customer satisfaction truly stood out. He didn’t just fix the issue, he went above and beyond by remaking both salads perfectly himself.

“I was about 15 minutes late arriving and my friends were just being shown to our table when we had no reservation at 6:30 on a Friday evening. We were upstairs and the tables around the open area of the restaurant were quiet enough for understandable conversation, though there were a lot of conversations going on in the restaurant. The waitress was attentive. She brought water without being prompted. She checked back frequently to get appetizer, additional drinks and dinner orders. Shrimp taco was delicious. The tomatoes on it did not make the wrap too soggy. There was nothing special about the fries or the chicken wings. The sauces for the wings were delicious. It was a good location to meet, converse and have a fine meal after a nice day's sail.“

“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. “The food is always great! I love every Chopt I’ve been to, but this location has the best service! Allison prepared my salads today, and the entire experience was top tier. She was very friendly and personable, answered all of my questions, and my salads were perfect! I’m extremely happy with my service and I’m already planning my next trip to Chopt.“

“Never crowded when I go to this amazing salad location. Today's visit was with Bailey who was the most energetic, sweet and professionally helpful lady. She was patient with my order, offering suggestions with amusement. Complete eye contact and allowed me time to prepare my first Seafood Ceasar Salad. She made it worth my while to visit for carryout today. It was National Lemonade Day and no better time to visit. All of the items in the salad were fresh and smelled wonderful. The dressing paired with it was very delicious and both lemonades are always delicious. For super fresh salads and/or wraps, vegetarian options with possible vegan fare too, I highly recommend this establishment. Definitely will be returning soon.

Parking: This parking lot is shared with multiple other businesses and can get quite bust depending on the time of day.

“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“I ordered the NY Cheese Combo Pizza with pepperoni, ham, and sausage. It wasn't bad, but it was slightly on the greasy side. The crust could've been or the crispier side, but the dough isn't bad. I dined in, but the service was mediocre at best. The guy who took my order brought the pizza out. He was on his cell phone speaking with someone and didn't ask if i needed anything else. I had no drink, so I grabbed a beverage from the cooler. I recommend this place, but don't expect friendly service.“

“We always use curbside pickup via the app, sometimes Crofton, Gambrills, Severna Park and sometimes Severn. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. She’s always prompt and so kind and our order is always perfect. She definitely deserves recognition.“

“I got the lobster roll and French onion soup. The lobster was great, the bun was not fresh so it began to crumble and fall apart. It then required a fork in order to eat it.
I have had their French onion soup too many times to count. On this visit they hardly put any cheese on top. Just a little disappointing when you are already used to something.
The story soda was out of syrup. Ugh, that first drink was nasty.
The green tea drink that they have in the clear dispenser looked like a dirty fish tank.“

“This is for the Baltimore Airport location and I don't know the address. Evidently, they are a chain. We don't have them in California. I had a layover and needed some food. They made a sandwich to order- lots of meat and a meal indeed. Prices was very reasonable for an airport. Staff was "can do" and the sandwich was great. I would definitely try one of their other restaurants again based on this experience.“

We got our drinks and sat for 20 min until she came to take our order. We waited so long to get drink Refills that I had to ask another waiter to help.
