“Love the atmosphere! Sat upstairs and it has a great view that overlooks the bar. Can go outside on the balcony and see all local shops and buildings. So many people walking around enjoying themselves. Our waitress was great! The food was perfect! I got the fish tacos, cheese grits and sweet potatoes casserole. My boyfriend got the ribeye steak and he said it was one of the most tender steaks he ever had. Have no complaints. If we come into town again we will definitely be eating here again.“

“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. “I ordered the NY Cheese Combo Pizza with pepperoni, ham, and sausage. It wasn't bad, but it was slightly on the greasy side. The crust could've been or the crispier side, but the dough isn't bad. I dined in, but the service was mediocre at best. The guy who took my order brought the pizza out. He was on his cell phone speaking with someone and didn't ask if i needed anything else. I had no drink, so I grabbed a beverage from the cooler. I recommend this place, but don't expect friendly service.“

“We always use curbside pickup via the app, sometimes Crofton, Gambrills, Severna Park and sometimes Severn. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. “Dined on July 15. Birthday meal with friends. For Appetizers we enjoyed the green beans, rangoons, and wontons. For entrees we had the waterfall, Pad Thai and Drunken Noodle. We drank Thai teas and cocktails from the bar. The service was excellent. The environment was difficult as the AC had a work order out for part of the restaurant. The food was excellent. I left my sunglasses at the restaurant and figured out about a week later. My wife called and they confirmed the sunglasses were at the host stand so I retrieved them today. Happy to report the AC was fixed during today’s retrieval. Highly recommend this restaurant to Thai food lovers. I very much appreciate the honesty of the staff. They took great care of an item I left behind.“

“This is for the Baltimore Airport location and I don't know the address. Evidently, they are a chain. We don't have them in California. I had a layover and needed some food. They made a sandwich to order- lots of meat and a meal indeed. Prices was very reasonable for an airport. Staff was "can do" and the sandwich was great. “I got the lobster roll and French onion soup. The lobster was great, the bun was not fresh so it began to crumble and fall apart. It then required a fork in order to eat it.
I have had their French onion soup too many times to count. On this visit they hardly put any cheese on top. Just a little disappointing when you are already used to something.
The story soda was out of syrup. Ugh, that first drink was nasty.
The green tea drink that they have in the clear dispenser looked like a dirty fish tank.“

“I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.
