“This is a fantastic dive bar with great Latin food. It has a full, well stocked bar, and plentiful cheap beers and wines. The food is slightly undersalted, and they make their own hot sauce (with the ingredients adorably out of order). Would definitely come back. One of the beast breakfast places near me in college park.“

“DMV Taqueria food truck is highly recommended! It’s smart to call in your order as they’ve grown in popularity as the word’s gotten out. My neighbor loves their chicken quesadillas. My favorite is the shrimp quesadillas, but honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of the menu items. I understand the churros are a favorite too, though I’ve not personally tried them. “I went to District Taco at the recommendation of a friend, and it did not disappoint. The menu has a variety of options to choose from, and luckily one of the staff there, Eimy, was really helpful with recommending what's most popular, as well as what she's personally grown to love. “The chicken mole California burrito was really really good - specifically the tortilla and the mole and beans. Everything tasted homemade and delicious. The carnitas super burrito was also really well made and the guacamole was good.

The cold brew was the best cold brew I’ve tried (I’ve had about 10) - it was really chocolatey and delicious.

The reasons for 4 stars is that I didn’t like how the portions were a bit small for the price. The chips and guac was $12 and seemed to involve about 1 or 2 avocados.

The burritos were filling - appreciated and needed the salsa verde that came with them! But still a bit pricy.

These views might also be influenced by the fact I felt pressured by the card machine at the register to tip more than 20% before the food came. The first screen that pops up when paying has only 3 suggested tips: 25, 22, and 20% - the highest I’ve seen on one of these apps. In total it came to $63 for 2 burritos, 1 chips and guac, and 2 cold brew coffees including tip which feels very expensive. We also were accosted by wasps on the patio that tried to get into our food, so that’s a reason for the 4 star atmosphere.

Nevertheless I would recommend this place - if you’re not worried about the price and savvy enough to tip appropriately/not accidentally.

“Definitely worth the wait. Took me a while to time a bike ride over to Bethesda as they are only open through (late) lunchtime hours but I am grateful I was able to make it.

I sampled the combo fajitas with steak and chicken, accompanied by peppers and onions, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, and rice and beans. Everything was excellent, really good meat quality and well seasoned and grilled. Rice and beans were superb, authentic Mexican flavor.

I also squeezed in an Al Pastor taco and a Chorizo taco and both were very tasty. The Al Pastor was a lighter flavor, but really solid and nice they include the grilled pineapple as hoped. The chorizo is a chunkier variety, vs ground fine, and rich with flavor as well.

Staff is very polite and friendly, and will make modifications where they can.

ive noticed that a alot of the members have improved there english since my first review, they have improved greatly in the service realm. Also the quality of the food is amazing for it's price. To describe it in simple terms is... It tastes like the staff care about the foods flavor. My usual meal costs 12-13 dollars.
Really helps me out (who is a struggling college student) get quality food. I'm so happy there not raising the price like othe restaurants are. If I order the same at Chipotle, I would pay 16-18, for less quality food that honestly tastes like cr*p. Compared to qdoba's 12-13, well portion food, and in generally better cooking.

One thing I want them to improve is to make breakfast last anther 30mins. There been a few times where I get there 10 mins late and breakfast is over.

“The food was absolutely amazing! I had beef fajitas, my aunt had the salmon with a wine sauce, my grandma had the carne assada, and my husband had a beef milanesa. I tried everyone’s food and loved all the plates. The meat was so juicy and tender! I have eaten at numerous latin restaurants over the years and this is definitely on top of my list. We received a tres leches cake for my grandma’s birthday and I can say it was the best one I’ve ever had. Just perfect 😍“

“Each time I have visited this restaurant I have no problem ordering food and usually order the Quesadilla or the Torta. The Torta Milanesa de Pollo is absolutely delicious. Unlike a lot of restaurants in the area, they give you huge portions of chicken. The bread is always toasted and the traditional toppings compliment the sandwich well. Red and green salsas come with the sandwich. It is consistently good!“
