Starbucks in Timonium

“Had a really bad today at the office and stopped by on my way home this afternoon. Was greeted immediately. The line was a little busy, but Luke made the wait and experience so worth it, would and will 100% go back. I could tell he was working hard to deliver great customer service, keep the line moving but not make the experience feel rushed. He took the time to ask about my day, listen to what I was looking for, walk me through the different menu options. I probably had too many questions, but he was just so helpful and I cannot say enough about how this interaction turned my day completely around. My drink was made perfectly, and I left feeling so much better about the day. I want to thank him for turning my day around!“

“All of the employees here are very pleasant and polite. I get food for my boss and her husband here. I've never gotten out of the car, so I can't talk about the atmosphere. They love the food here. Only 1 problem: This store sometimes runs out of particular items.“

“This is an awesome Starbucks where one is able to sit down and enjoy their purchases and read a book. The coffee is good. The cake, bun and bread selections are great. The rest of the food is almost a pure yuck fest as in not delicious at all. Avoid pizza at all costs. The atmosphere is good, the dining area is clean. This place is NOT overrun by homeless panhandlers. This is a safe place to bring the family. I enjoy this Starbucks location whenever I visit.“
