“Our server was wonderful! He was very attentive and I did not have to ask for napkins or straws or anything. He was very accommodating and very intelligent. I appreciate a server who knows how to hold a conversation. I believe he mentioned that he was an educator in his main job. I too am an educator and definitely appreciate someone who can relate to the people that they serve. I also observed him in conversation with several other guests. He was able to hold equally great conversations with them as well. On top of all of that, his conversations did not occupy all of his working time. He was able to balance all of us and still provide all of our guest needs. The food was delicious. I had the longhorn, steak and soup. The steak was made to my liking and the soup was wonderful. I don't really need to say more. If you've ever been to Longhorns and you've experienced the wonderful steak that they have, then you know. It is excellent.
