“I cannot complain. The house sauce for the ribs was exactly what I was craving. Ribs were tender and super soft. I like how they placed the sauces on the side for you to determine how much you want. The only thing was the Mac n cheese could use a little more flavor in my personal opinion. Otherwise the food tasted great, presented well and the staff were courteous.“
“I had uber eats deliver my meal and everything was delicious. The ribs, succulent and falling off the bone delicious, the baked beans was great and the potato salad was homemade like North Carolina Style everything was delicious I plan on going there in person next Friday with my husband and enjoy a gorgeous meal.“

“First time there and was surprised that you have to order at the window and wait in your car but wow when I saw him get the ribs off the smoker and I was called. My car smelled so good with that smokey bar b que I had to test them in the car. Best ribs in Clinton and I live across the street from a bar b que restaurant in Clinton MD. “I have tell you the manager and greeter here is bar none. We drive an extra 30 minutes to go to this location when we have one a lot closure. The customer service is unlike anywhere we have eaten dinner. We are faithful to visit bi weekly sometimes sooner.“
“Not too welcoming in 2024, I applied there when they first came to the neighborhood . lot of white people, then I figured out why they didn't hire me you but you never know the Pearl and the oyster. I hope they change their practices. Expeditor could manage your time a little better especially when you got gumbo and salad, and then the barbecue comes out cold. It lessens the experience of having to take it home and warm it up. But those biscuits stop me in my tracks.“

“If you want to try a little bit of this in that I recommend the sampler. My favorite is the Brisket sandwich. The meat is so tender it melts in your mouth!!! My sides are the barbecue beans and my loaded bake potato. They have a nice menu too. If you are a vegetarian they do have different salads. So stop by and give it a try.“
