“Overall, my experience at this Taco Bell was satisfactory. My order was taken promptly, the food was delivered in a timely manner, and everything I ordered was accurate. While the service wasn’t particularly warm or engaging, it was efficient and not at all rude, which met my expectations for a fast-food establishment.

The only reason I can’t give a full 5-star rating is due to the freshness of the chalupa tortilla. In fairness, it’s rare to find a truly fresh chalupa shell at any Taco Bell location. So, if that’s a priority for you, you might want to consider other options. However, if you’re looking for a quick, convenient meal and don’t mind a mostly stale chalupa shell, this place fits the bill. Fast food, fast service, and no major issues—that’s what it comes down to.“

“ordered breakfast for my wife and I. I patiently waited for my order, noticing that Uber orders and others are being filled ahead of me. 3 or 4 orders later, I asked the pretty red haired girl where my food was. She said she'd get it right now, then went right back to what she was doing. Now 12 orders ahead have been filled, I asked another lady where my food was while the red haired girl just looked at me. I finally got my order, 25 minutes after ordering and it was missing 2 hash browns. Terrible service and thank you, red haired girl for blowing me off.“

“I have been eating from this Jerry Yum's for many years. They have some of the best chinese food in this area. The service is typical carryout behavior. Sometimes I get a really nice person. Other times, it's someone who is impatient and just wants to take the next call. The atmosphere is typcial carryout layout. The dining are is cluttered with boxes and it just looks messy. I think it is purposeful to keep guests out. Lastly, they only accept cash. It's an inconvenience to have to go get cash before picking up my food. Just accept debit cards!! Due to the distance and inconvenience, I don't visit here as much. But the food is always good!“

“The food was great. One of the few Wendy's ever that dress properly a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, everything was fresh and it actually had a reasonable amount of bacon and not a half strip like some other Wendy locations. The fries were hot. Staff extremely pleasant/friendly. Excellent customer service.

“People appear to know the personnel by name, the office park is conveniently located, and the service is quite friendly. My only complaint was that the order taker would sometimes try to assist the short order cooks in between orders, but he never wiped his hands or put on gloves after handling the register, which I'm sure hasn't been cleaned in years. Perhaps I'm the only one, but I find it unpleasant when strangers touch my sandwich bread with their bare hands ?“

“After a horrid experience at Go burgers in Bowie, I came here on Wednesday May 1st at around 1:45 p.m. and it's REFRESHING to have gotten greeted by Martin with kindness and enthusiasm on the drive-thru order and once I got to the window he was absolutely wonderful and should get a raise. I am a professional singer so very keen on what great customer service should be like.“

“It use to be a good place to eat but lately My orders gets messed up and food missing But tonight was the worst The guy I believe one of the Mangers Was trying to make me order something that I didn't won't. I showed him what I wanted and he still didn't won't to give me what I wanted. So I said never mind I will go somewhere else And then he still was trying to make me buy something else I didn't want. How can I feed 4 kids on two big Mac sandwiches. Really!!!!! I told him I want the classic big Mac pack showed him the picture and told him I always ordered this. for I have 4 kids to feed and I need more then just two big Mac burgers. but he won't listen!!! he said he gives me the deal buy one and get one for 1 dollar. “I used to go here all the time (every weekend) but stopped because I'm trying to lose weight. Still, the pizza and breadsticks are great and the employees are really friendly! The food is a little bit expensive but maybe I'm just cheap. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys pizza.

Vegetarian options: They have options for meat lovers and only vegetables (not counting cheese of course).

Kid-friendliness: There are options for small pizzas and meals.

Parking: It can get crowded sometimes but most of the time, you can easily find somewhere to park.“
