“Honestly, we weren’t expecting much here. It feels more like a club café next to the basketball gallery than a restaurant. You know, the kind of spot where students grab a quick bite after a game. So yeah, I was ready for bland food or maybe even leftovers.

But wow, we were so wrong. Everything is halal, the lady at the front not only took our order but made the sandwich right in front of us. The fries? Insanely good. The sandwich? One of the best we’ve had. Before leaving, she even surprised us with her special Baklava, which was the sweetest touch.

Sure, the seating could use some love and a good clean-up. But honestly, I’d still give this place 5 stars, just for her warmth and kindness. She looked so happy when we told her how much we loved the food, and that made the whole experience even better.“

I added french fries and topped everything with their white sauce—which was like a ranch, and honestly, I give that a 10/10 on its own. It brought the whole dish together and made it super flavorful.

The rice had a brown rice texture, and the salad was fresh and crisp with lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and green peppers. I also had a side of pita bread or naan, which was soft, warm, and perfect with the bowl.
The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly and welcoming.

As a first-time visitor, I really appreciated the recommendations. Even the cook came out to suggest some items from the menu, which made the experience feel personal and genuine.

And when you ask for it, they don't want to give it to you. And even when they have given it to me, they do it as if it were a courtesy. It's included in the price. If you explicitly say you don't want a drink, that's fine, but it's not always like that. And some employees should be more courteous in these situations.“

“After traveling from Texas and being tired and hungry we found this place on Google. The overall experience was absolutely amazing. The owner was wonderful and very helpful, he went out of his way to help us with the menu.

Our food was so full of flavor and authentic. Our taste buds were dancing with joy. It was wonderful to be able to enjoy our food with high expectations and not be disappointed. With young kids who can be picky, they loved their food and asked to good back again.

The food was packaged wonderfully once we return to our hotel the food and everything was in place and fresh. This is a virtual kitchen so there is no seating area but your food is prepared for take away and it was not all over the place. They really take their time to make sure your food is prepared and package well for your enjoyment.

“Granted I haven't been to their restaurant locations, their pop-up location that features their food truck in Forestville Plaza is where my mom was blessed to bring some of their food home for the family to try. Quick story, one weekend I was driving by with her in my vehicle and suddenly we smelled a delicious aroma as well as saw smoke coming from the grill. She noted the place in her mind this weekend she was able to venture there. She relayed that they had a good amount of customers ordering food but the personnel was so patient, kind, and helpful. She brought home some grilled chicken, lamb, jollof rice, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. Majority of the meat and jollof rice was in one container, but altogether enough to feed a family of three people with huge appetites. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was their grilled chicken! It paired nicely with their mustard sauces, especially the hot mustard sauce! They also have The most unique and delicious joloff rice I've ever tasted in my life! The taste of Senegal cannot be compared! I've tried other West African food, but Senegalese food stands out like no other! Originally, Ivorian food was my favorite, but now I can add Senegalese food to my new list of favorite West African food! You have to try it - you won't regret it! “If I could afford to eat here every day I would. Never had a combination of ingredients I didn't like. Second best falafel I've ever had (and the best is an expensive fancy restaurant). The lamb melts in your mouth. And things that say spicy actually kind of hurt me and that's rare to get at any chain restaurant.

Once I had to wait quite a while for a pickup order so I'll just come in and order from now on but no complaints otherwise.

I really really wish we had one of these in columbus Ohio. (Or maybe not because id be broke and become a sphere)

Lastly, I've eaten at other Mezehs and this one is the best and most flavorful. The folks that run the other ones should come here and learn a thing or two.“

I know it's the Superbowl but I really can't accept this experience. Driver was amazing even went back to the restaurant to get an extra pizza. Reason why because our order took over 2 hours to get here and unfortunately they didn't even bring us 1 of the pizza we actually ordered. We got 2 random meat covered pizzas and all we ordered was extra cheese & chicken. The extra pizza was nice but I'm still not happy with getting 2 pizzas I can't eat. Wings are good but this was a terrible experience. Glad I ordered them since it was the only think I could eat from a $50 order.
