“We love this hidden little gem, not only is the service, so friendly and inviting the ice cream is out of this world. We love seeing the fat pig Jamall and the baby goats and chickens. It is an adventure and if you are considering going, I would definitely make it a priority, crate for friends, family and kid friendly bring change to bring change to feed the little critters, and the view is impeccable !“

“My children had received free kids ice coupons stamped with the Prince Frederick location information. We ordered 2 kids size ices.However when we got to the register to redeemed their coupons they told us they no longer serve kids size ice, this was not mentioned when we ordered. They told us they could not accept our coupons and threw them away.“

“Crumbl Cookies is one of those places that instantly grabs your attention, from the rotating weekly menu to the warm, fresh cookies that hit you with that amazing smell as soon as you walk in. The cookies themselves are super soft, thick, and packed with flavor—definitely more of a rich, dessert-style treat than your average cookie. Some flavors are incredible and feel really unique, while others can be a bit overly sweet, so it kind of depends on what you pick that week.
The presentation is also a big plus—the pink box and neatly arranged cookies make it feel a little more special, almost like a gift to yourself. However, the price is on the higher side compared to regular bakeries, which might not make it an everyday stop for everyone. Overall, Crumbl is worth trying if you’re looking for something indulgent and fun, especially if you enjoy switching things up with new flavors each week.“

“Had the best Pumpkin Pie Blizzard I've ever had at this location on Thursday 9/29. Kudos to the lady that prepared it around 12:30/1pm(didn't get her name or would give her a shout out)!“
“I always enjoy taking our kids for some ice cream and coffee (for me) to this DD. The employees (this time it was Logan, Tommy, and a young lady whose name I didn't catch) are always in a good mode, willing to serve, and friendly. In an environment of poor service throughout, it's great to know there are a few places to take your kids.“

“Went into shortly after 9 on Valentine's Day evening, place was packed! But the staff were so kind and so hardworking. The team there was very efficient and communicating very well with each other about their needs and about the customers needs. “This food is amazing. who would've thought to dedicate a whole restaurant to pizza and Pretzels...idk but they're a freaking genius. the Calzone's are so good. The pizza and Pretzels are delicious. I love this place.“
“The customer service is really great here. I took forever to decide on a flavor but the person who was helping me was patient and gave great recommendations. I asked for one smallish scoop and he gave me one of the biggest ice cream portions iv seen which I’m not mad about. The location is nice and right next to the canal so you can walk around with the ice cream after. They hand make all the ice cream themselves which is unique and tasty.“

“Went there recently with my family. I know we cause quite a ruckus with our small army (7 children) but the staff was more than excellent in helping us. The manager Rey deserves a special thank you from us, making the kids laugh and made our order lightning quick. The ice-cream was delicious, we most definitely will be returning!!! “I was only able to get ice cream that was pre packed from the fridge, which was good. Just be aware that if you pick up when the truck isn’t there it’s cash only. The milk looked good so I’ll have to return another time and also to visit the truck for the custard.“
