“On Saturday January 28 2023 at about 3 or 4 pm , I went to get my family cookies, I am a Manager where I’m employed at and let me tell you the young man who worked this day he had dreads in in hair , he has excellent customer service skills, he was working alone but didn’t seem stressed he had a line forming but he gave each customer his undivided attention that they needed the cookies was fresh and good. My son has a peanut allergy and he cleaned off all of his utensils and prepared my son’s cookies. He was great young men like him is what we need in our business . 10 Stars ⭐️ young man thank you ?“

“Cannot thank Harmony Bakery enough! They were closed yesterday, but willing to open briefly to allow me to buy lunch for my wife. We were only in town for a day visiting a family member in the hospital. After hearing the story, the reaction was “say no more, what can we get for your wife?” The food was outstanding. “I ordered from here for my 21st birthday and all of my friends were asking where i got my cake from!! The cake looked beautiful and tasted good (cold). Overall 5 star place! Some discrepancies i have to mention, the cake i got (strawberry with white chocolate icing) was really good, but it was only good cold! i had it warmed and it didn’t taste right, but im the only one at my party that noticed. The second thing was that there was A LOT of icing, almost TOOOOO much. If you’re not an icing person and you get a star cake, maybe ask for a think layer or even just a crumb coat! The third this was pricing!!!! It was very expensive (as a college student) my cake was 190$! if you’re going to eat there make sure to get a rewards card!!!

In 6 years I've seen Atwater's with a great track record for hiring and training members of its team. But I'd like to credit two in particular today. Joey, the new manager settled into his role quickly just this year and is very engaging, friendly, and happy to help customers directly alongside his team. Alyssa is another fantastic worker and leader in the team. Always paying attention and focused on keeping everything in order and working efficiently. The whole team performs well. But she routinely performs above the standard.“

I was getting miffed, then the owner Brian gets on the phone explains the situation and does everything in his power to make it up to me. It made me feel heard and respected as a customer. We called ahead a.few minutes before all 15 of us showed up and the staff didn't skip a beat. They graciously and quickly got us seated by combining tables together.
