“We met with friends at this place for a meeting. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. we were warmly welcomed by the crew and we had a great feeling. The meal was yummy. We loved this restaurant very much and we will visit this place again. Keep it up.“

“The best part about my stop here was not only was my sandwhich great but the customer service was exceptional. I ran in about 10 min before they were closing (they had already started wrapping & putting things away) which I totally get, it’s a slow area around this time. But they didn’t even blink an eye to take my order, unwrap things & we’re so nice about it. They truly went above & beyond & I was so greatful because I was starving & not much was open in the area. “Had always heard about this place, but had never been.

Finally stopped in since I was nearby and tried out one of their sandwiches and some sides.

Everything was very good. side quantity was plentiful and they also have Boylan sodas. Not insanely priced for the quality.

Service was just fine. It's counter service basically with a few tables to eat at. You pour your own drink.

Lots of parking.

“I live in Indiana and was tasked with ordering food for the reception after my dad's memorial service at Charlestown in Catonsville, MD. We were going to have someone pick up sandwiches from Costco but it would mean they would not be able to attend the service. I called some other places but received poor customer service. I remembered how much my dad liked Subway. My siblings took him there often. So, I called what I thought was the Subway next to the Giant by Charlestown but apparently I called a different franchise down the road and I'm thankful. I talked to a lovely woman who said she would have the owner contact me ASAP which he did! Peter (P.J.) was patient with me and helpful from beginning to end. He delivered exactly what was ordered and on time. P.J. responded to my texts and answered my questions promptly and provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He really took a load off my shoulders and I am grateful to him. I highly recommend you support his franchise!!!“

“We pulled up 3 minutes after the establishment closed, but we saw the open light on from the road. The gentleman who opened the door to tell us kindly they were closed. As we walked away he opened the door and said to us come in and we will take care of you. We were returning off of a long commute from VA and everything was pretty much closed to grab a bite to eat. “This small shop is run by one person who hand makes everything fresh, to order; so don't plan to come in during a busy lunch hour and get in/out in less than 15-20m (besides, it is worth the wait). The selection of hot sandwiches and wraps is really nice and they do allow substitutions. I like that there is also a good selection of unique Asian snacks/drinks/sweets alongside the typical options. There is some seating inside as well. Cards are accepted. Pictured is the Mexican wrap + cucumbers (sub provolone/guacamole for pepper jack/avocado); certainly hit the spot on a warm day.“

“I had to take care of some business at SECU. I was hungry and didn't feel like waiting until I got home. I decided to try firehouse subs. I walked in and was greeted by the young man behind the counter. I let him know I was new there and asked him was was some of his favorites. He gave me two options. I decided to try the Jamaican Jerk chicken, it was so good. The bread was so nice and fresh. I really enjoyed my sandwich“

“Had my first sandwich at the Charlie’s Steak at the Columbia mall. I was given a sample of the chicken steak by a guy from behind the counter and I was hooked. I know they are known for their classics cheese steak, but the chicken was on point. I got the combo which included fries, which was a generous portion, and a large soda. Everything was good quality including the service. Looking forward to trying the steak sandwich on my next trip to the mall. Highly recommend!“

“I have visited this shop twice and I am extremely satisfied with the service and the food was exceptional. I had no idea that they actually made fresh croutons for the salad so if I could give it more than five stars I would. Take this review seriously as I am the pickiest person you will ever meet. I got the Mediterranean salad and the staff had no problem using a new set of gloves as I have allergies. Delicious to the max. BTW if I had any more room I would have tried the Pumpkin cookie again it is excellent. I will be back. Thank you“

“This review is for Xander (I’m pretty sure that’s his name) and him, alone. I ordered online to have food delivered. 2 hours later, still no food. This poor kid answered and was there all by himself. He had a $1,000 catering order to handle in addition to online, walk ins etc. He was not having a good day. Shame on management for leaving this kid all by himself to be put in this position. If he’s a manager, he’s an asset to this store running it all alone. Hope your day got better, man! You were killin it!“

“I went to take advantage of the "New Sweet Onion Steak Sub". Let me just say that it's just a steak sub with the sweet onion sauce on it which I thoroughly enjoy anyway. I mean, I used to put that on my seafood sub all the time-Aaahh sweet memories! The store was clean, the gentleman that made my sub washed his hands before he started and put gloves on. And this is one of the few locations that take coupons soooooo this my new spot!!!!“

“Stopped in and wow! Love this place. I got the cutlet sandwich with mozzarella, broccoli rabe, and pesto (#3 I believe). It was wonderfully tasty and nicely balanced! I find that sandwiches often have too much bread and not enough filling but the ratio was perfect! As a lover of broccoli rabe, I was happy with how well it had been prepared. I'll be back again soon to have more- definitely want to taste their other options!“

“I have loved Subway since I was a kid, it's been around a while, I like Subway because it is healthier than fast food places ( no offense) . I have always loved the veggie sub, but I have to admit that the new series is outstanding. I haven't tried all of them, but I am in love ? with the Outlaw. So tasty and delicious. Treat yourself to lunch today and try the Outlaw, or The Boss, or The Monster. These are just a few in the New series that I have tried, there are others. “This subway is nice and fairly clean. They make decent sandwiches but the way they make it is dependent on the staff. I go there frequently and there is different staff every time. Some are new while some have experience. One thing I don't like about them is that they can be sometimes really ignorant to instructions for sandwich but that depends on person making sandwich. overall, it is decent but sandwiches could be made better.“

“Had lunch, ate one of their subs from their new menu series. It was very good.

Kid-friendliness: They have a bathroom. As for the food you can order to suit a child.

Parking: It's a small parking lot, with 2 spots in front of the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair assessable as there is no ramp but if you know how to get the wheelchair on the sidewalk, you can enter into the building & dine in.“

“I love this subway; the service is excellent and speedy every time I go there. They are helpful and have a lot of patience. The food is always great and there has barely been a time where I didn’t enjoy my sub. The only thing I can say is wish they would mix the barbeque and. Buffalo sauce instead of layer the sauce on the chicken.“

“I use the mobile app to place my orders, they are always ready on time and each order has been accurate. They are accommodating to correct any errors with the order if the error on your order is an error on their part. I love the new signature menu options to choose from.“

“You know you're doing pretty good when you've got a 1-1 ratio on calories to cents.

I went in and got the footlong Doritos and the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap for about $13. I was able to use the food for two meals.

More importantly, though, it was delicious, novel, and fairly healthy - or at least I knew what I was getting - can't say Doritos are all that recommendable in terms of health. But their use of cheese and the vegetables they already have there for subs was much appreciated in its cleverness and nutritious simplicity.

Subway's got a lot of new menu items lightly, but their old lineup is still strong.

This is more of a review for Subway as a restaurant as a whole. As for the particular location, it had nice air conditioning (important on a muggy late spring day), the employee was polite and efficient, and the place was clean and tastefully designed.“
