“Quite little place with friendly staff! I ordered my favorite meatball marinara and they had run out of meatballs! Lol but Kajal helped me out and made the sandwiches for us as soon as they came in and let me enjoy my favorite! Thank you Kajal for excellent service and wonderful food!“

“I have to rant and rave about the employee named Mike who went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met during our lunch today! They are attentive, kind and a hard worker. “Walked into the Portland location at 7:57 on a Saturday when they close at 8:00 and they graciously served me, even though it was clear they had finished cleaning up for the night. I am a regular at the Scarborough commissary throughout the summer and this was my first time visiting the Portland location. The staff all said hello to me with a smile and conversation and had no problem packing a few rolls for me to go! Great staff and always consistent food!“

The chicken nuggets will make all others in the future taste like sand upon your tongue; they will ruin you in the best way. There are no photos of them because they didnt survive the ride home.

“Finally tried them yesterday and was not disappointed. The chicken is really good! I'm a fried chicken snob and this is top notch. Fries were good and crispy and the mac n cheese was perfect. We had it delivered from Munjoy Hill to Meeting House Hill in South Portland and it made the trip well. The fries were still crunchy. We'll get this from now on. Buh-bye KFC and Popeyes. :-)“

“The first staff member was going to charge me for a glass of water to go with my meal. I personally, think that's very UN-american.
Thankfully, another staff member got us a glass of water. Food was what you would expect from classic fast food - greasy but delicious.“

“We have been driving by for months, and finally decided to swing-in to pick up a little dinner. Small side of orange chicken, large chicken fried rice and two spring rolls did the trick. Nicely priced about 28 bucks.
Orange chicken was really sweet and tart I enjoyed it very much My husband was on the fence about it. Chicken fried rice was delicious, full of big pieces of chicken and fried egg. Hubby really liked it I could have done without as much chicken. The Spring roll had a really soft inside texture. I very much enjoyed it. My husband didn't care for it. We will be back to try out other dishes.

“Today's order was a catered training for 15 people, people attending were from Texas, Nevada, California and Illinois who were not at all familiar with F/H Subs. The menu consisted roast beef, turkey & ham sandwiches along with both garden and deluxe salads, brownies and assorted cookies. I was extremely pleased with the ENTIRE order. The attendees were blown away with presentation, freshness, quality and taste of everything. I will be back!!!“

“So I give this subway 5 stars cause every time I go there everything checks out. Bathrooms are always on point the food is always on point and the lobby is always on point. Iv been going to this subway for about 2 years now and I can truefuly say it's by far one of the best around and iv been to most of em. So thank you guys for always keeping it clean and making the best sandwichs definitely worth your buck.

Vegetarian options: They definitely got a good display for the vegetarians I don't eat that section my self but I know folks who do and they also say it's the best.

Parking: This subway has its own parking lot and handicap accessible as well. And it's pretty big parking lot as well.

Kid-friendliness: Oh yest definitely kid friendly you can definitely sit in and eat a meal with your kids and kids can be loud and there all for it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes as I said above it's all wheelchair accessible parking easy access to get in door.“

“Fresh, hot pizza (and other assorted goodies)! The employees are always friendly, sometimes they look a little frazzled but don't we all at times. There is no dine- in so the atmosphere is merely the sweet smell of pizza in the oven, a cash register and a cooler full of soda. lol“
