“extremely good place to eat if you need a place that is kind of like home this is it , at least for anyone that likes football baseball basketball golf or pretty much any sports. service is prompt and friendly drinks are fair priced the only problem i had was when i looked around for a phone number there was not a single one posted. anywhere in the restaurant and i had to google gippers for a number and found this. they should make their number well known pens cards put it on the shirts they sell its not a place to be afraid of advertising by any means.“

“Brought my grandson(3) on a friday @ noon(when doors opened).
There were a few people at opening but not to bad.
(It started getting busier as time went on)
I added 20 $ on game card & paid 3.99 $ for him to be able to use the play gym.
Cost: 26 $
He used the play area first & seemed to really enjoy it then we played a few games before sitting down to eat.
He wanted a cheeseburger & fries kids meal and I ordered the same. I was really surprised that they only offer can soda & bottled water(1.75$) since it's a kids play place ..

They give you a button to put on table so when food was done they could bring it to your table. We went to play for a little longer while food was cooking then went to seating area to wait for food (approx 15 mins).
Once food came it arrived in a basket with burger, fries & 3 packets of ketchup I asked if I could get a paper cup & she said they have none & then I asked for packet of mustard for our burger & she said I had to pay for it..?? ( A little crazy since I had already paid 50 $ but OK...)
The food was as expected for a play place (frozen patty & shoestring french fries) we ate then resumed playing..
Staff were helpful answering questions ect.
Bathrooms were super clean maybe because we arrived upon opening but you can tell they care..
I saw staff on multiple occasions sanitizing & making sure areas were clean(5 *'s)
Overall we had a good time & would recommend visiting especially when the kiddos are stuck inside in the winter or rainy days..

“Had the hamburger special, burgers are thin and hard to get the cooking temperature right. Tends to be too rare, seems like they are either well done or medium rare. The staff are friendly and the building is nice.

Wheelchair accessibility: The building is multi level with large steps therefore only certain levels are wheelchair accessible“

“This was our second visit in one week. I ordered the Parmesan chicken (AMAZING) with steamed broccoli and a salad with blue cheese dressing (the dressing was superb) My husband ordered the steak tips, mashed potatoes and a salad. I asked the waiter if they could put the Parmesan sauce over the broccoli, he said, “no problem”
My meal came with no sauce on the broccoli. The waiter took it back and added the sauce, he failed to tell me there would be an additional $3 charge for it. My husband loved his steaks tips! There was a small amount of bland mashed potatoes( being from the south, I’ve never seen a portion this small) they came with the steak tips. I went without water throughout my meal, the waiter never came to fill it ( this is my biggest quirk) being a waitress myself for years. Our meal also came with a loaf of bread, it apparently had been smashed in the middle somehow. Our waiter went to get a replacement loaf which we promptly received at the end of our meal. I don’t mind paying any additional charges but I’d like to have the option of knowing about it before seeing it on our bill!“

“My mother just tried bringing my daughter out for lunch here because is wasn't busy. They stood up at the front waiting to be sat for over 10 minutes while staff saw them but ignored them. The staff here used to be on top of their game... apparently not anymore! So disappointing. They did end up walking out because they were never approached.“

“Mellisa, the bartender on Thursdays and Fridays is awesome if I come in on Mondays and Tuesdays and Jennifer is just as good of a bartender. I have come to enjoy this location tremendously. The wait staff has always been great, very friendly
