“Their lobster rolls are AMAZING, huge and delicious. Their French fries and coleslaw are the best. We got ours “to go”. Everything is packed separately: lobster meat in PINT-SIZED containers, coleslaw, French fries and two rolls (there’s more than enough lobster to fill two rolls). They deserve 10 stars, but 5 stars is the limit.“

“My wife and I popped in here on our way to Acadia National Park and it was a pleasant surprise! The restaurant is right on the river so you have a gorgeous view as well as access to the riverfront park. The first time we came, it was pretty cold, wet, and dreary outside and it was still such a nice view.

Service was efficient! As soon as we walked in, we were seated outside and were able to order a couple beers while we decided what to get for food. Both of the beers we got were sours or sour-adjacent and both were good!

For food, we started off with just a side of fries with the dirty seasoning (not the dirty fries on the menu, I believe these are new since we were there). The fries were just okay. They were very dark and not crispy so that leads me to believe that maybe they use peanut oil for frying? Not sure but they weren't the best. They needed a lot of salt as well. The sauces we ordered for dipping were the Bacon Blue Cheese, Liquid Gold BBQ and Black Garlic Ranch. All but the Gold were really tasty! The gold just tasted like honey mustard which is not what we wanted. We expected tang like a gold should be.

We also ordered burgers; the Sweet Hot Mess and the Butter Burger. Both were delicious but the Butter Burger was better. It was soooo buttery. Spot on! For sides, we got the Hoisin Sprouts and the Pork Cracklins with salt and vinegar seasoning. The sprouts were too sweet and not spicy enough for my liking. The cracklins....now THOSE are something to write home about. And in fact, I did say in the beginning that we came here more than once. And that was because of these cracklins. We stopped back in on the way back to the airport and best believe we took these babies back home to FL with us. Had the best post-travel snack on the couch!!

If we find ourselves in Brewer/Bangor again, we'll make a point to stop into Mason's!“

“It's my go to Chinese spot in Bangor. Different Chinese restaurants have different things that they are best at, but I find that Noodles is all around my favorite. Atmosphere is 5 points not for the dining room, which is clean and works, but because they have a drive thru window for pickups.“

“The food was decent and the portions reasonable. While the flavors were good, nothing really jumped out at me as amazing. This does not mean I wouldn’t recommend it, only that it wasn’t a “wow” meal so much as a safe one.

The waiter was both patient and attentive. He saw to our orders and returned when we were ready. He was neither talkative nor social. There is an art to waiting tables and friendliness just wasn’t in his wheelhouse.

The restaurant was clean and presentable. But like the menu as well the waiter it wasn’t bold. A great place for a big family event.“

“First time here this season and as usual, it did not disappoint! I ordered the crab roll instead of my usual lobster roll and it's an 11/10! Fresh hot hand cut fries, perfectly salted. Cold, crisp pickle. a generous portion of fresh crab in a tiny bit of mayo on top of a small perfect amount of lettuce, stuffed in a fresh buttered and toasted bun, and a 4oz container of fresh home made Cole slaw. It doesn't get any better, or more fresh! There's a reason they've won best food truck in the Bangor area for several years in a row. Pro Tip- eat the fries first! They're always fresh and hot, but if you don't eat them first, they cool off quick. They have 5 picnic tables with umbrellas you can eat at, or eat it right in your car. The cherry on top is the excellent choice of tunes playing, and the amazing customer service. Don't change a thing!“

“An awesome restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, and delicious food. We've gone twice now, once in the afternoon when they were dead, and once later in the evening when they were SLAMMED, and the service was phenomenal both times.“

“A group of 20 for lunch. 1 waitress easily handle all the orders and with help quickly had us all served after a short wait for the kitchen to cook. Food was great. Low ceiling made it difficult for some to hear others us further tables but once we started eating we quieted down to enjoy the food.“

“My first experience at Utopia was amazing! It was NYE and they were booked solid with reservations. We got there early and they were very kind and let us use a table, which I was not expecting. It did not interfere with anyone's reservations. The food was spectacular as well as the service. I highly recommend Utopia and I love that there were lots of vegan options!!“

“We did not get to eat but had to come and write just how kindly we were treated. Dewey, the owner, was very apologetic and really didn't have to be. We were touring schools and were tired and exhausted and had no idea there was a hockey game. He took us outside to tell us about the area and offered several other spots to eat. I left saying to my daughter, I think I'd pretty much trust him with our lives. If she ends up in Maine you will have another family of regulars!!“

“I stop in here while I was visiting my family back home. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was even better. I had the pumpkin chocolate chip cookie imperial stout along with a chicken burger with a blueberry sauce. The food and drink were fantastic and I even went back for another IPA. “This is a sandwich shop within the Bangor Maine airport. Ample selection- food is good. This is one of the few options for food within the small airport. No frills. No table service but friendly staff at counter while ordering. If at Bangor Airport, good to go here. Good option.“

“Friendly staff, pizza was doughy and floppy. I personally prefer my pepperoni on top of the cheese for two reasons. I like to get a little char on the edges of the pepperoni, and you are less likely to pull all of the cheese and toppings off when the toppings aren’t all melted together with the cheese. I ended up with a mouthful of cheese and toppings, and left with bread and sauce. Good ingredients though. The dough was flavorful. Good football pizza.

Add to that literally the best service I've ever had at a restaurant from Melissa G. and there is no way I won't be a repeat customer for years to come! “Three of us stopped in for a late lunch at 3pm on A Wednesday. Margaritas, Coors and Diet Coke got us stared with chips and salsa. Lunch included tacos, a sampler trip and chicken chimichanga. The portions were huge and the food was good. The service was spot on too. Unbeknownst to us, we left a wallet at the restaurant. We called after hours (once we realized) and the staff worked with us to ge the wallet this evening. (It was needed for a flight tomorrow.). At pickup they were extremely gracious and would not accept a tip. I will go out of my way to eat there this summer!“

“At Uno's in Bangor, ME yesterday (04/15/25)....My husband doesn't like the chunky sauce and likes the sauce on the bottom....my exact order was marina sauce (not chunky) and sauce on the bottom, no sauce on the top like a regular pizza ....my order WAS repeated back to me correctly. Great, see you in 25 minutes. How'd they do?? Sauce all over the top....it was marina but I specifically asked for the sauce to be on the bottom. Even the tag in the pizza box was correct. When I called them to complain as this is the SECOND time this has happened (first time we didn't call) the manager (who also made this pizza) made all kinds of excuses, this is how we do it, we don't make them with no sauce on the top, try calling in your order next time vs doing it online (this was a call in order not online), maybe explain it better next time, maybe tell them you want it made in the reverse order.... In the end, we still have this pizza, not guaranteed a refund and they've lost us as a customer!! $51 plus a $5 tip for this pizza & a gluten free. I just checked my bank account and I'm not seeing a charge yet so maybe she did refund after we hung up but not sure yet. Very poor customer service, especially by the manager!!“

“We went for dinner at Uno's on a Saturday night, and were shocked to find the main dining room closed, and only about 6 tables in the bar occupied.\n\nIn any event, the server was very attentive, and the food, as always, was good without being exceptional, and served in portions that were too large to be eaten at one serving.“
