“Food was good and order came out fast but the guy working the front window just hands me my drinks and bag without saying a word. got shorted on a fry. what happened to good customer service anyway?? a simple thank you or have a nice day goes a long way in this Industry. "if you don't treat the customer right, somebody else will". have a great day. edit- a week later, same location. gives us a diet Pepsi instead of a regular and fries are barely warm at lunch time. this location needs some improvement.“

“I bought a senior coffee- it was hot & wonderful. I knew I was going to buy coffee so I brought my own cup & put my own cream & sugar in it. It's not because they don't do it well- it's because I don't understand what I'm receiving. Is the coffee strong is it a medium roast?
I'm not allowed to taste it- they didn't do anything wrong. So for me it's best to put what I want to In My Own Cup transfer the coffee into my own cup. It's a win-win for everybody.
I will say this about driving and parking at this location. There is one entrance and it is a busy location. If you've never been there you don't realize that other cars would like to not wait in line but actually park and go in because it's probably faster to get out of the car and order. So the cars in line to go through the drive-thru block the entrance oftentimes unknowingly. There is parking on both sides of this building however you cannot often get to the other part of the parking lot unless you can go to the right of people in line for the drive-thru. Or you can go to the left of the people in line if the cars are aware that they can leave enough space for you to maneuver to their left. I see people doing what they know they can do which is going in the exit out direction. Sometimes you just have to make up your mind to do what works and ignore the signs that say do not enter. There are no signs that say please leave enough room or anything like that. So often times what you will find at this location is people in the parking lot are outside of McDonald's parking lot trying to get into the parking lot that are blocking the exit of that general area where people do business. It's no big deal to me cuz I love people and I just drive around them. I am sensitive to how people feel and try to act accordingly. Also they prefer at this location that you go in to a specific door and that other door is always kept locked. It could be opened but they would prefer to do business with that door closed. I apologize if it's rather complicated when you get there you'll understand. 😎“

“This is a great Subway, not even compared to the one in Topsham (although that is a stark comparison) but just in general. I've now been many times. The place is spotlessly clean, and sandwiches are made quickly and exactly the way they're ordered. Service is very accommodating and welcoming, even forty minutes before closing time. The young lady behind the counter, who seems like the manager--or if she's not, definitely has an attitude of knowing what she's doing--is openly friendly, and because of that I've tipped well every time I've been in. While the Subway in Topsham next to the Circle K is a little grubby and as of two weeks ago is worked by some staff members who are openly irritated and inconvenienced by the idea of a customer, this Brunswick Subway stands out as a warm and comfortable experience in comparison. I definitely recommend the Brunswick Subway over the Topsham one, even for people who live very near to the Topsham one. Good stuff 👍🏻

Kid-friendliness: Was not playing loud music that is inappropriate for kids, which was noticeable after experiences with the Topsham Subway.“

“I asked if I could use my own cup for a refill, if so how much Save the Planet one cup at a time. She told me to buy a drink. I politely thanked her and escorted myself out. I'm really grateful that I asked. I'm not from around here so every state is different. And every place is different.“
