“The Big Chief is what I had tonight and I was quite pleased. The sandwich was well filled and flavorful. The sides we ordered along with the different sauces were all on point. Staff is friendly and willing to offer suggestions. We will definitely be returning!“

“We ordered catering for 25 people from Salvatore’s and man, did they deliver!!! the food was fantastic. We got the sandwich platter, antipasto platter (beautiful and delicious!), veggie lasagna, and panzanella salad. everyone was happy. whenever i need catering they’re going to be my go-to from now on.“

“So I had one of the employees make me a ham and cheese grilled sandwich ? and hands down it was one of the best sandwiches in the area they even cut the ham to little bits and pieces and every bite gave me a sensation. 1 to 10 I rate the sandwich and overall store a 9 and a half plus ❤️❤️❤️❤️??? ??. If ur in the south Portland maine area come ask for that sandwich and see for urself.“

“I love Debs so much. As someone who grew up in a small town and craves homey good food, this is the spot. I stop in after my workouts for a burger, it's done in minutes after stepping through the door and it is DELICIOUS. The people are kind and sweet and it just perf. If you need a quick lunch, go here!!“

“2nd Day of my return trip to Maine and my first visit to the South Portland Amato's this trip. Once again the ham Italian was out of this world , the bread was very soft and fresh and the vegetables were fresh and crispy and so delicious, Their blend of sandwich oil is the best I have ever had. I have eaten almost every sandwich on the menu and have never been disappointed“

“Just had a Large BLT and it was great: everything was fresh tasting. Just had their Sesame noodle salad last evening and it was great as well - bought more for this evening, Butterscotch pudding just right - not overly sweet. Customer service very good. Thank you.
Parking: Lot is small, but adjust your arrival to slower times and you are fine. They share the lot with Republic Cash.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not an issue.“

“I actually ordered the 29inch grilled sandwich for myself for my 6 day work week: $42. Ready for my pickup in 10 minutes. And already sectioned out for me into 4-5 inch sections. Add my own fresh veggies/salad and I'm done- minimum fuss & muss for a busy work week to be. This would also be a great treat to share with some coworkers or as a 'Thank you for your hard work." I mixed it up: Korean (Steak) BBQ, No 9 Steak, Steak/Cheese. Didn't think of taking photos - next time.“

“This subway was decently clean, though no bathroom, and the atmosphere was questionable, but it’s Subway, what do you expect?
Though this was all made up for by my amazing server Mike, he made the best sandwich i’ve ever had, and was a perfect example of what a subway employee should be. Mike needs a raise, paid time off, and some pretty lady’s for his service to this subway. 10/10 for Mike alone.“
