Union River Lobster Pot

When in Maine, you have to eat a whole lobster. It was fresh and delicious; what more do you need?I would recommend and come back here if I were to visit Ellsworth again. We came here at the end of August ‘23.We put our names down for a table of 8 and waited about 45 mins before getting a table. This was the best restaurant we ate at from Boston to Maine! We stopped in on a Thursday night, about 10 minutes after they opened. This place filled quickly and there's a reason why--it's sooo good! The prices for the food are amazing--less than half of what the same meal was in Boston! The lobster poutine was divine, our meals were fabulous and served quickly and dessert...oooh baby! Lobster was great and staff were all super friendly. Was a bit of a wait but you can grab a drink and hang outside and having the automated text for when your table is ready is a great touch to keep an eye on how long your wait is!
