“The Gelato Fiasco was a nice surprise to enjoy an ice cream at the end of the evening. The flavors offered are varied and original, and the waiter, particularly kind that evening, took the time to let us taste those that intrigued us the most. Thanks to his advice, we found our favorite perfumes. Ideally located, it is a perfect address for a delicious dessert outside of a restaurant. Despite the cold, tasting this ice cream was a real pleasure. A big thank you to the waiter for his welcome and his kindness, which made the experience even better!“

“Our favorite soft serve spot! The rotation of flavors makes it exciting to try something new, but the classic vanilla or chocolate or swirl is ALWAYS so good! They have a big selection of toppings, milkshakes, and an option for the sugar-free or vegan people, too! There is sometimes a lengthy line but it’s totally worth it (it moves fast 🙂)“

“while visiting the New England area we literally randomly picked an ice cream shop and Willard's was close to where we driving nearby. It was such a wonderful experience. the 2 ladies working were as kind as could be and the variety of flavors were exceptional. my wife had the blueberry ice cream and I had a sundae that was loaded with chocolate fudge. so delicious! so good we may drive the 1200 miles to come back again!!!“

“Best Gelato I’ve ever had! I’ve been to a few different places but none even compare. I had the Hazelnut and Sea Salt Caramel and they were mouth watering. My bf had Maine Wild Blueberry and Oreo and we almost went back for more that night! Eagerly waiting for Boston Creme to come back so I can try it!!“

“This ice cream is unreal and one of the best I’ve had. I tried the fennel and lemon flavor and it was incredibly complex (fine dining level). The balance between sweet and salty was so point and addicting. I really couldn’t stop eating! I really wish Dear Dairy supplies in Boston, so I can try their other creative flavors.“

“I have been going here a long time. The hard ice cream is home made amazing. Try needums if you want a treat. They also have really great dairy free options that we get each time we go.
I take away one star for being cash only. Everyone understands that cash is king but I am always a dollar short for one reason or another. The ATM is not far but it's not at the counter so I would encourage that improvement.“
“Came on a very, hot June 6, 2021. I had a Black Raspberry cone (my Summer flavor) and it was delicious! The service was great. The girl that waited on us a very friendly and professional, despite how hot it was. A very enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely come back!“

“A small little shop in the middle of Portland with a Big Twist, some of the best Ice cream cookies you'll ever eat, it's the Ice cream cake version of whoopie pies, a State Staple! I got the Maine Black bear flavor in the cookie sandwich, spot on delish! And the crew was Awsome !“

“A great place for a sweet treat! I liked that they put the nuts under the whipped cream so they were more evenly spread through the sundae. Gifford's banana cream pie flavor made it a banana sundae without having to deal with large chunks of banana with a plastic spoon. They take cards.“
