“Last day in Maine leaving for NYC & picking up at what seems a busy hub for morning drivers to get breakfast at this dunkin. Line at the drive through & the cash desk- 4 ladies working.
But like working through their line. The manager even took a quick interview during the rush who was also a paying client. Ive worked in hospitality & still do customer service and I love to see a team work together to get through rushes like that. Wait wasn’t long and orders were coming out fast. Shoutout to the manager and the whole team really.“

“The best Dunkin in town! My order is consistently correct, and consistently delicious! I greatly appreciate their efforts to produce quality products, time and time again! For reference, I usually get hot coffee, cold brew, donuts, and/or bagel minis! Some locations seem to have difficulties when it comes to the cooking times for the bagel minis. “Dunkin' donuts coffee is dunkin' donuts coffee and I know it is not their fault but every single dunkin' donuts in Augusta Maine has poor service due to lack of employees. I'm not going to say which dunkin' donuts that I visited but it was in Augusta and there was only one employee, The line through the drive-thru was too long so I went inside. The solo female employee was so overwhelmed that she actually broke down in tears in front of me and said I can't do this anymore! I told her that she was doing an amazing job and to take one customer and one order at a time. It is a shame that people don't want to work anymore, or if they do become employed they just throw in the towel and give up.“
