“Papaya salad, Pad Thai shrimp, and Pad see ew chicken ( Lobster was not from this restaurant)
My family and I went to Ogunquit twice/years. We usually made Thai Seafood lime sauce and bring with us to eat with Maine seafood but we forgot this time. I called Thai for You in Yorks and ask if they have papaya salad and they offer to make it Esan style(with fermented crab, Prara- fermented fish sauce)
