“I went in on Friday afternoon to ask if they could make a buffet style fajita meal for 9 people that I could pick up the following day. I had a bunch of people coming over at all different times so making a reservation was impossible. I went back Saturday afternoon and was totally impressed! The amount of food was enough to feed an army, all fresh, hot, and in trays ready to serve. These people knocked it out of the park! I come here often to eat and have never been disappointed. “Wow! Calafia was a perfect venue for our birthday celebration. Six of us were very comfortable in their cozy banquet corner which was just right for our gathering. The restaurant is beautiful with an alluring glow and a casually sophisticated vibe. Every cocktail and dish was delicious, prepared perfectly with really fresh ingredients and outstanding flavors. “The food is always so yummy! The price, on the other hand, is pricy! Check your receipts for added prices. They also tip the kitchen! A nice gesture, but?! Atmosphere is a bar like, fun place, but the seats are very uncomfortable! I think that should be improved. The place is extremely small, so you may have a wait, but again, the food is worth the wait! The parking is a bit of a challenge due to being right on Congress St but somehow, I always find a spot but unless your in a parking lot or garage, you will be looking at your time for the meters are running! Otherwise, very good food!“

“Food is decent. If I get food from here I always order the chicken mole enchiladas. They are very good. I always ask for extra rice/refried beans because the amounts they give standard is not enough to eat with the 3 enchiladas. I yet to get any extra rice or beans when I ask. The only way I seem to be able to get extra is if I order an entire side of rice + an entire side of beans. If I do this I have way too much rice & beans for the meal.. so I just order elsewhere to make it easier because I can’t seem to get the proportions I want. Sucks because I would order from here more if I could get extra rice/beans given I live next store. Aside from that it all seems okay.. it’s classic middle of the road American/mexican food?

“At first when I started to go there, did have a problem with one employee/assistant manager. Having a rough attitude and not acknowledging that I was standing waiting on an order, or trying to place an order. They just kept focusing all on the drive-thru only. Though the following day, I went spoke to the managers in the morning, the situation was handled. Since then, always gets greeted and asked if I need help. The store is clean. The food is prepared well and they always make sure to hand out the right order. Always having a friendly attitude!“
