Like many places in OOB, this place has a lot of wear and needs some care. The room was clean and they have done updates as it was painted, laminate wood looking floors, and bathroom cabinet was new. There were 2 small fridges, microwave and coffee maker. There was no type of mattress pad, sheets right on the mattress, bedding was clean and pillows fluffy. Best lobster roll in O.O.B. I usually don't like lobster rolls but this one was the best one I've had in a while.Owner mentioned always making it fresh and it was delicious. Will definitely be coming back!
