“Been here a few times in newport went insode smelled kinda bad but wasnt planning on eatting in so we got to the ordering part price online and price at store not the same had to pay like 8 dollars more then right in the middle another employee came over interrupted rudely only wanting to exchange a 20$ bills for a different 20$ bill think it could have waiting a second but guess not. Food was ok had less meat in them then the day before i had stopped and went thru drive thru and got same thing. It is fast food so what do u expect i guess.“

“I usually order online and pick up. They have gotten the order right every time, even though I have some different requests.

I have never had to wait for more than one person/group in front of me, even if i order at the counter.

The staff is always friendly and efficient.“

“Food is usually good, they keep it pretty clean and the servers are always very friendly and helpful the only negative I would say is that I've been several times on a Friday evening and the dining room seems under staffed. Not sure if it's just that they don't have enough people but there can be longer wait times.“

“When McDonald's decides to take a playroom out of service/renovate, please cover over the windows, especially when the location is off the interstate. The last thing parents want to do is explain to kids who have been stuck in a vehicle for hours, is why they can go in and play....
The location otherwise was good. Please have the staff remove the paper signs on the cash registers directing people to the self service kiosks, it seems to confuse the people who choose to order directly with the staff and seems lazy/unprofessional.“
