Absolutely love Aloft, first time staying at this hip
Hotel on Commercial St , in Old Port, best walk in shower ever,,, perfect location.
Front desk receptionists were over the top in being helpful.

Seth that works at the bar was awesome and helpful on local recommendations. He seems genuinely willing and interested in helping. Service was hit and miss on the trip in several places so I appreciated him taking the time.
I travel to Portland a lot for work and stay almost exclusively at Aloft because of Chris. He is a talented mixologist and consummate host to his guests. A wealth of local knowledge, he is always happy to point his guests in the right direction for the best food and sights.
