This was WONDERFUL! Carrie is a hard working and very busy woman, so call ahead if you can. This is not a sit down location/restaurant. We bought fresh and steamed lobsters and had packed up the car with some shears, crackers, napkins, butter and lemon and took some of her steamed lobsters to the park. They were delicious! One of the most memorable meals we've ever had.
We called ahead (as other reviewers had recommended) and pick up our lobsters 90 min later. We had mentioned a picinic, and the owner had packed it in a Styrofoam cooler for us, all ready to go. Note on the top said "please return". So super kind, and totally unexpected.We had a wonderful meal, best lobster and steamers ever, reasonable price, and fantastic owner. I'd go weekly if I lived in the area.

My wife & her family have been buying their live lobsters here for years. Yesterday, we ordered 8 - 1.5 lbs lobsters. They were the freshest lobsters we've ever tasted. Super simple to call ahead and say what you want. They're always ready when you show up.
