“Food is good. Fries and onion rings are delicious. Atmosphere is loud and chaotic. There is no service at all so expect to be bouncing around during your meal trying to find your needed items. Service at the register is quick but certainly not with a smile. The food is worth the trip. Everything I've tried so far has been very good but because of the lack of service and joyless staff I just order out. I'm going to do all the work anyway and I'll do it with a smile.“

“Less than friendly staff from the time I placed the order over the phone to the interaction with staff on-site at time of pickup. Crust is a bit rubbery and sauce has a unique taste that almost resembles spaghetti Os sauce. 2 large pizzas (1 cheese and 1 cheese & pepperoni) for $35 is a bit overpriced. Pepperoni was used very sparingly...at least half of what you'd expect from any pizza joint“

“A pleasant surprise! We were driving leisurely back from Longfellow's Greenhouse on a Sunday afternoon, and stumbled upon Melissa's Pub and Grill. The food was excellent, as were the prices. To add to the enjoyment, there was live music from a guy named Justin Carver. The staff was pleasant, and seemed to have a good time together, which says a lot about a place! We'll be back!“

“My husband and I just had lunch at the Sam’s Italian Restaurant in Augusta, Maine. The cranberry almond chicken salad sandwich was excellent, and I had to save half of it for later because it was so huge. My husband had the chicken parmigiana sandwich and he said it was the best he ever had. Kind, friendly employees. The place was nice and clean. Glad we found this restaurant. We will definitely be back soon.“

“I stopped in to Luiggi's today and could tell the staff was very busy. Despite that, one woman heard me coughing and immediately stopped what she was doing to offer me a cup of water. Great food, but even better, kind and thoughtful staff.“

“We had our family Christmas party at Angelo's last night and we all wanted to thank all the employees for your wonderful hospitality and great food! We gathered in the back room and the atmosphere was very cozy, with Christmas music playing in the background. What a great place to have a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party, etc. Lisbon's own hidden gem of a restaurant. Again thank you from all of our family, may you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!“

“Delicious food, attentive/friendly service, and wonderful atmosphere! Always impressed by the expansive menu and really enjoyed outside dining in the dwindling days of summer. Since we've moved a bit further away, we haven't dined here as frequently - but our experience Wednesday night reminded us it's well worth the drive!“

“I would have called this my fav place to get pizza locally but the fact that there are no longer slices available at lunch and the options are limited after 5 pm bums me out. I don’t know what has happened but it seems like the place has sadly gone downhill both food and service wise.“
“Cruzin' Slice catered my wedding this past October. Although the venue was located outside of their typical radius, they graciously made an exception. I'm so glad they did! The pizza was delicious, the cooking time was quick, and they provided accommodations for dietary restrictions that some of our friends and family had. Communication leading up to the wedding was great and professional. Highly recommend for any event!“

“Yesterday, I called SHoP the moment they opened to order 3 large pizzas and 2 large nachos to be delivered in an hour. I was told that yes, they could make the order in that timeframe but that they no longer have staff to accommodate deliveries. I explained that I was in the midst of decorating for my granddaughter’s sweet 16 birthday party and wasn’t sure that I could finish in time to do a pick up, the lovely lady on the phone (wish I had got her name) went and asked the manager if he would deliver it for us and he did!!! These folks went above and beyond for us, so kind of them! And, of course, the food was delicious but it was the personal customer service that really impressed me!!! Thank you so much!“
