Server brought our beverages quickly and the food arrived piping hot and fresh. We were told it may be a long wait (slightly busy) but it was like 5-10 minutes tops.

The Food: Warm lobster roll with melted butter, sweet potato fries and a side of slaw and a cup of the most delicious lobster bisque!! We shared and it was the perfect amount. Clean plate award!! We weren’t overly starving so sharing was perfect. About $55 for our meal. While that may be pricey to some, I mean… it’s fresh caught lobster. And we shared and it was the perfect amount for our hunger level.

Overall, it was great. The food was top notch. If you’re looking for fine dining, this isn’t it. But, the food was awesome. I love supporting family owned businesses. Definitely would recommend.“

“Just got a Gyro and I am satisfied with it. I just want to make a little suggestion. I worked for a Greek pizzeria in Brattleboro VT for 30 years. We made the gyros similar to yours but, as I was eating it tonight the pita bread fell apart. Instead of just taking it out of the bag, lightly butter it with garlic butter and put it in the oven until it's lightly crisped. Not to much because it won't be workable. Then take it out and do your thing. Nice people, nice environment and good food. Thank you again.“

“Great place to get a Lobster!!! The 2 3/4 & 3 lb Lobsters were cooked perfectly. The onion rings and cole slaw were both excellent and the corn on the cob was a full ear of corn and very fresh. Seating outdoors has a beautiful view of a working lobster/fish pier and most of the tables are covered under a canopy so even in the rain it would be ok to sit outside. The menu had lots of choices and the prices were reasonable for such high quality food. The people who worked there were very nice and the service was quick. The restaurant was very clean inside and outside. If you’d like to bring a dog there is plenty of seating outdoors and they were very dog friendly. Will definitely be back again- it’s a hidden gem!“

“Very cool seafood shack on the water with a fresh seafood market and counter bar. Servers were all super friendly. Clams and shrimp were super tender and their chowder is fantastic too. Even on a semi cloudy day in the 60s before beach season really hits it was still pretty full up so I'd recommend doing reservations if you're going to be here in the next few months on weekends. Will definitely return on our next trip to OOB.“

“I come specifically to Old Orchard Beach every year just to eat at The Bell Buoy. They serve the best seafood and are very closely located to the pier and beach. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the lobster is a huge selling point. Friendly staff, great food, good service, and a mere walking distance from many of the other attractions. I cannot recommend this place enough, and hope it remains open forever.“

“Well reviewing Rick’s isn’t going to be easy. We do stop there to pick up fried dough and sit on the benches right across from Rick’s and people watch the fried dough is very good, the people that take your walk up order are pleasant. What more can you say , it’s a carnival atmosphere.“

“Pilot House was delicious! We came here as vacationers, after being turned away from 2 restaurants due to the extreme heat they were unable to stay open. Pilot House was able to take us at their upstairs bar which was gorgeous! The AC was blasting which was a God send. The bartender was very friendly and accommodating despite being super busy! Maybe the best fish tacos I ever had. Also had a great dirty martini and a strawberry lemongrass vodka.“

The chicken fingers we're very good and egg roll was very good too. $9 was a GREAT price. The customer service was perfect she filled my water 3 times and was very kind. Oh I had beef chow mein and that was great. Also had one of my girlfriends fried shrimp and that was delicious. I would recommend Happy Gragon for sure.“
