“This place was a pleasant surprise. Decided to give it a shot after looking at some more mediocre places in town. While it may in fact come off as a tourist trap, the food is decent and the service is excellent. Biggest surprise of the night -- one of best espresso martini's on the East coast (I know!). Gave it an extra star for that one.“
“Super cute restaurant right on the bay. You go up and order and they bring it to you. I recommend going early if you are having breakfast as many of these smaller places get busy fast. Food was excellent. Our party of 4 had mostly omelets and one had Maine blueberry pancakes. Everyone ate everything on their plate. Nothing better than a small business where you can see the cook and know they are passionate about what they do. I have a dairy and gluten allergy and they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!“

“We just had a wonderful lunch at The Osprey. One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time… and the gluten free bun tasted like a normal bun. Also, they have a new vegan menu that was the most varied I’ve seen in the Maine. This place is a seasonal gem.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and Gluten Free friendly“
“More breweries need campgrounds! This is a new favorite spot of ours. The food and beer is excellent, the staff and owners are so friendly, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the campground is clean and well maintained, AND dog friendly! Great location doesn’t hurt either. Thank you for an awesome stay, we’ll be back!“

“We stopped in Boothbay for a weekend getaway during the off season. We weren’t sure which shops would be open, and we were thrilled that Red Cup was! The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were so good that we made it a point to stop there again before we left to head back home. We can’t wait to come back in the summer and get coffee there again! Thanks for a great experience, Red Cup!“

“Newly repaired after last year's storm, place is great kind of a lodge feel. On the water with Lobster boats coming and going. Staff friendly and helpful. Locals and tourists frequent this place. Food was delicious and plentiful. It was off season so beware not many boats working so Lobster is expensive.Dietary restrictions: Wife is gluten free they accommodated her as much as they could thanks for thatParking: Lots of off and on street parkingKid-friendliness: Didn't see any kids it was school time but they would gladly serve everyoneWheelchair accessibility: At ground level roll right in“

“An older place, but comfortable and clean. Nice view. Our meals were amazing! Fresh haddock, and plenty of it, fried to perfection. My mom had scallops and shrimp, and my husband had a margherita pizza. All meals were wonderful. Will definitely go back. The staff were so helpful, especially with my 93 year old mother.“

“These lobster rolls were amazing and the fries are super crispy. Not as good as Connecticut lobster but that’s a preference. Still amazing. If you’re lucky enough to get Tianna as your waitress you’ll have an amazing time here. First time in Maine and wow what an experience“

“We came across the water in mid-April so the dark rum and hot coffee was well needed and quickly served. The server was wonderful with our almost five year old grandson and equally charming and efficient with us adults. They made all the accommodations this celiac needed on the menu and the haddock, scallops and shrimp were wonderfully prepared and totally delicious. This place never disappoints.“
