It's definitely in the technique, i.e., the girl who cooked it mixed the perfectly melted cheese in very uniformly w/the meat. It's a beautiful thing when people make food w/love! Bread roll was good...definitely will order it again...wonder if it's just that one girl has mad cheesesteak game on the flat top...lol.🤔”
