I had a frustrating situation happen today while trying to pickup food for a doordash delivery. I went to make a complaint about staff and was quite heated as Director Elijah Smith took me aside. I was being very brutish and at first I don't think we saw eye to eye, but Elijah took his time to thoroughly listen to my complaint about some frustrations with staff and delivery drivers. He was very attentative and patient, even with me being unfair to him, and that is quite rare in management nowadays. It sincerely humbled me that he was willing to give me his time and listen as he did. I definitely will be eating here more.“

“today was first day I was disappointed in them I need 8 apple pies they only had 7 ok so I said I would take 7 they wanted to charge me the price for 2 apple pies for the odd one out not my fault they did not have 8 they should have charged 50 cents since they where the ones that only had one so now not only one short I'm two short because I'm not paying a dollar for one when u get 2 for a dollar poor customer service today manager should have made executive decision and gave it up for 50 cents since they where the ones short I have done this many a times.😢“

“I have never once been disappointed by subway but I was thoroughly delighted when I came in, my sandwich artist Sam, was polite friendly and overall a good vibe. Despite my several additions to the sandwich he added enough that I was satisfied with the amount without everything making a mess when I finally sat down to eat.“

I went to two other fast food places that were listed as open and weren't.

They were also helpful, patient since I had never done an online order with them, and a lot friendlier than I usually am at 2 am.“

“went through the drive thru at about 10:30 craving a shamrock shake, was told that they had started cleaning the shake machine already, got to the window and Joe told us he “had good news”, got a shake for free for the inconvenience. joe is the goat, give him a raise, had a really good laugh about the situation“

“when i got to the speaker i could hear the stress in her voice. However when i arrived at the window i was greeted with a huge smile and she had my shake in hand! she apologized for the wait she explained there were only 2 employees and she would get our order ASAP.
again she brings the food with a smile (just minutes later) and takes the time to say thank you for being patient and i hope you an amazing meal......she even remembered our sauces and napkins!!!! Anna was amazing !“

“I don’t know his name but the bigger light skinned person that works the window, I want to give a shout out to him because I was having a bad day I was stressed and just on the edge and when he called out my name he made this funny voice and it just made my day a whole lot better thank you so much for that I know you didn’t know I was having a bad day but now my day is a lot better thank you“

“I recommend this store only because I have never had an issue with any of my orders. However........ It would be awesome if there was just a consistent protocol for those who order ONLY hot water. I don't want to pay almost $4 for 2 hot waters because you're charging me for tea that I didn't ask for. This seems to change depending on whose working. Just a few days ago, I was told I could just ask for hot water and not be charged because it's water. I honestly don't even mind paying for the water but when you order a large cold ice water, I think it's somewhere in the neighborhood of $1, maybe $1.25. Where I used to work, it was .25 because you were being charged for the cup. Why not do the same for the hot waters because charging $3.79 for 2 hot waters because it apparently HAS be rung up as 2 hot teas when I don't even want the tea is just highway robbery. I've used those POS computers. Menu item buttons can be added and removed.“

HELLO!!!please tell me it was a mistake. their meals were covered by a customer who was rather astounded by your policy. #military“

“I went through the drive through and ordered a dark meat only meal. They didn’t have enough pieces so they offered me multiple options, including waiting 10 minutes for fresh chicken. No problem! I can wait. Well they sent me home with a larger drink than I ordered, a caramel brownie dessert, a pie, AND extra pieces of chicken just for the wait. None this was necessary but is absolutely appreciated and is the type of thing that makes people and businesses stand out to their customers. The staff that assisted me was lovey and kind. Great experience all around.“

“Ordered through door dash and this order is for the store itself. This store was amazing and went above and beyond, Kate was a huge help after we ordered. We called up to ask to make some changes to our order than door dash didnt offer and made mine and my wifes night absolutely amazing. Kate deserves a raise and has gained some loyal customers.
