“I stopped in today and I made a small mistake on my online order, and Jessica handled it better than I honestly expected. She was the only one working at the time and there were a few customers in line, but she somehow managed to take care of everyone without missing a beat. She fixed the problem with my order right away and was still friendly and patient with the other people waiting.
You could tell she was juggling a lot at once, but she never made anyone feel rushed or like they were a problem. That kind of service is hard to come by these days.
I don’t know what Jessica gets paid, but she absolutely deserves a raise. People like her make a huge difference in a place like this. If I owned a business, I’d hire her in a heartbeat. Subway is lucky to have her.“
