“We returned from a long day at the grand opening for the Centennial Park downtown. We were parked at the Bagley Mobile Unit Parking structure, which is across the street from this food truck. We ordered the birriaqueso tacos and the asada fries with a guava Jarritos. Everything was hot and top-notch delicious. Would recommend and definitely going to eat there again!“

I am a hot fan... it may be a little spicy for some. This place has been here for 43 years. Well they are in a new building. They were a few over, but there was a fire and now in a new building. What drew me in was the pictures on how they hook up the tostadas. To my surprise they actually have the goooddd tacos. MmmmmGo bless/support your local, small places. If you're expecting traditional Guatemalan food, there are a few staples like tamales on the menu, but the real star here is the fried chicken. The chicken was cooked fresh and was absolute crispy and delicious perfection. The side dishes range from french fries, to salads, to black beans, all of which are enjoyable. While I waited for my meal, the restaurant also provided a cup of flavorful chicken noodle soup, that puts the typical bland versions of the dish to complete shame.Worth noting that the restaurant has it's own parking lot and the dining room, while small, had several four-top tables for seating.“

It only opens Saturday and Sunday and it's always packed!!! I know birria is a trending dish nowadays but everybody makes it with beef which is fine but I love the flavor of the goat birria!!! The dish is served with handmade tortillas and a special homemade made hot sauce that only enhances the flavor of the birria!!! I'm salivating just by telling you all!!! Delicious!!!
