“These people in here need a raise! Bad! I don’t care when i come here their customer service is always top tier. They’re never rude like the one closer to my home is. I drive the extra distance instead of going to the Warren location because they never are rude, never out of half the menu, never saying they’re only taking exact change or card, and never acting like you using you’re rewards app is inconveniencing the like the warren location does. This location is by far the best!“

“Just moved to the area and wanted to try Popeyes famous chicken with my family and have to honestly say, we weren't disappointed at all. The ease of ordering through the app, when I arrived I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was asked how they could help me, told them had a mobile order and who it was for and it was ready when promised. The chicken tenders, butterfly shrimp, the french fries, biscuits, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw were absolutely top shelf. The staff was incredible and professional. My family and I will absolutely be happy returning customers.“

I must say whomever is the manger with the blonde hair needs to be there everyday and have a raise ! I ask for my chicken to be fresh and fresh it was down to even the peppers !!!!!!! The lemonade was the right consistency biscuit I don’t eat but they looked fresh ! I save them for my kids ! And most importantly they gave me ALL the condiments even the ones they didn’t think used

“This was a last minute stop. They were polite, quick and efficient! I went through drive thru. Everything I needed was there except my favorite honey for the biscuits. I got the special for $21 for the family meal with the small Carmel swirl cheesecake and a drink. I recommend this place for a quick meal for the family for sure.“

“this popeyes is so unprofessional they were using profanity towards each other in front of of customers. and i asked for chicken wrap it was frozen on the table and unavailable !!!! so i settled for a 3 piece chicken dark meal i asked for wing leg and thigh i received all thigh under. cooked a full of oil no fries and the biscuits was so hard i could have chipped a tooth. i want a refund but i was so tired to go back . believe me this was real !!!!!“

“Today, Popeyes was experiencing a outage to where they weren’t able to accept anything but exact change down to the cent and no tap/card paying options due to high winds and different things happening with their connections. However , that didn’t stop them from providing quality customer service and assistance to all of its patrons and that was admirable enough for me to leave a review. The manager held it down and made me want to keep returning. Thank you for your service today, as a busy woman, it meant the world to me.“
