“In Detroit for 2 nights and was looking for a spot to eat around my hotel - luckily I found Bucharest through Google Maps. The food was really good - I got the salad with chicken shawarma - the portion was insane! I didn’t take a picture but there was so much chicken (and I got the “small” size) It was really tasty and juicy and with the side of garlic sauce it really hit my cravings. The bartender (I sat at the bar) was super nice, friendly and awesome yet respectful and in general everyone out here seemed really welcoming. Prices were very fair and affordable (got 2 drinks as well)

“Ordered through Doordash at 10PM on Christmas evening! What a lifesaver. Dark meat chicken is so good. Lightly breaded (if any breading at all). The skin is very crispy and tasty. Ate it with pickled jalapeno and fried pickles. Reasonable price.“

I had pulled up, and Kamicha was working the drive thru, and she was so sweet, and very pleasant to speak too, gave me my food, however my voice is very low, and I didn't specify on my food, so I had to come back thru, So when I did, most places would of gave an attitude an got mad, but not her, She understood and was so quick to help me with no problems, an made it not a big deal, I really appreciated the service, so I asked her for her and her co workers names, which is, Marietta, and Alex. As someone who enjoys chicken, I was really impressed with the quality and taste of their chicken sandwiches—they were fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like. Another highlight for me was their cookies, which were soft, delicious, and the perfect treat to go along with my meal.

Paced the meal and drinks perfectly and left me with plenty of uninterrupted time to enjoy my book and the view. Highly recommended if you are staying at the hotel or even live in the area.“

I read reviews and it said to try the corned beef sandwich which was delicious. She had a lot of great recommendations also which was welcoming. I hear anything chicken is worth getting. One thing I noticed is a bunch of people were ordering the loose Burger. I will definitely be trying that next time I'm here. Service is fine. The men there make ordering simple and the ability to answer customer questions depends on if management is there or not.

“The food was good, even though they did not offer what I was looking for, the breakfast bowl. They only offer sandwiches, fruit cups, minis, and more. The spicy breakfast biscuit was pretty tasty, and I always have concerns for airport pricing, but the difference between an entree and meal is 5 dollars. That to me is outrageous even for an airport. But no other concerns otherwise. They open at 3:45 AM, so they are good for anybody with early flights.“

“This is hands down one of the best Coney Islands in Detroit. The omelettes are HUGE and absolutely delicious — easily the biggest and most flavorful I’ve had. The hash browns are freshly shredded (you can taste the difference), and the corned beef is fresh from a local market and cooked in-house to perfection. Everything here is fresh, hand-cut, and made with care — no shortcuts at all. You can really tell they take pride in their food. And the drive-thru? Such a clutch addition, especially in the middle of winter. Super convenient without sacrificing quality. Definitely a go-to spot and well worth the 5 stars !!“

Pleasant staff, which unfortunately is becoming less common than it should be, but there was a line for both of the kiosk 's and she actually called us over offering to take our order. This is also becoming less common and I appreciated her willingness to help and do it without making us feel like she was being put out or annoyed. I wish I had payed closer attention to her name. The dining room was also very clean, had no problem finding a clean table and there was a worker mopping the floor in the dining area and even though we offered to move he declined and patiently waited for us to finish to mop up under our table and the ones next to it.“
