“I recently had a great experience at a Subway location on Woodward, near Wayne State University. As someone who enjoys chicken, I was really impressed with the quality and taste of their chicken sandwiches—they were fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like. Another highlight for me was their cookies, which were soft, delicious, and the perfect treat to go along with my meal.
What made the visit even better was the friendly and respectful behavior of the employees. They were attentive, quick with service, and made sure my order was exactly right. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the food and the service, and this Subway has definitely become one of my go-to spots in the area.😋“
“I came in today on my lunch break I was in a great mood until the sandwich maker got offended because I politely asked her could she wash her hands and put on a new pair of gloves she then asked me if I waa okay I tols her that I i was fine she told me that it didn't seem like it she told me my energy was off I want be going back there for a very long time. when I first started coming there the service and customer service was excellent“

“The crew that worked at this Henry Ford location on: April 14, 2026 around 2 pm was GREAT! I was having a low blood sugar reaction and they helped me immediately when I told them. I requested an oatmeal raisin cookie and cup for a drink until I could order my sandwich. Tanijha gave me the cookie and cup immediately. When it was my turn to order my sandwich Mimi and Malcolm worked very well together to get my sandwich to me expeditiously due to my low blood sugar. All this happened during a very busy time for them; however, they worked together to get me and my blood sugar together! 😊 I want each of them to know that I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart. I tried to call to speak with their manager Angela the next day, to compliment them, but the phone just rang, then cut off. God BLESS and kudos to each of them for a JOB WELL DONE!

“This place has the nicest employees however when trying to call and inform them that all of their cookies today 12/19/24 tastes like cleaning detergent I could not get anyone to answer the phone. I just kept getting placed on hold then disconnected. DO NOT BUY THE COOKIES! I had to trash them all.“
“We came here a few minutes prior to closing time.
The man that serviced us was extremely pleasant, prompt and polite. He was an older gentleman with salt and pepper or possibly white hair. He was so patient with us, even though he was about to close down. He loaded our sandwiches up with the remainder of meat he had left (we got double meat and it was much more generous than any other subway we’ve been to) and he was super fast with the whole process. It’s truly the people that make an establishment 5 stars or 1 star. He did an awesome job and we truly thank him for servicing customers so close to the end of the shift, and even a few minutes after close, with such understanding, patience and respect. You don’t see that very often, especially in a fast food restaurant. The food was great, too. The sandwiches were juicy, fat and toasty. Just how we like them. Cookies on point. We will come back.
Don’t let the “atmosphere” of the place deter you. Sure, it’s not glamorous. But the service made up for it in spades. Thank you kind sir!“

I have Allergies to Food and the staff listened and prepared my sandwich making sure to grab fresh vegetables. I will definitely be coming back to this Subway in the near future. “I just have to give a shout out to the employee that was working the night we came in (I didn't get her name but I remember she had blue colored hair). There was some chaos going on in the front of the gas station while we were just trying to get some food. She was calm, friendly, made my sandwich just how I liked it and offered up fresh cookies. This is the only Subway I go to in Dearborn/Detroit. During the daytime, Little Moe is there — and he keeps every veggie and meat looking fresh, clean, and actually fresh. But here's the secret: just ask him to make you his own specialty sandwich and let him surprise you. Kid's young but has wisdom beyond his age. Best sandwiches you'll ever have from a Subway. Trust him.“
“I ordered 6 footlong subs! The workers were very nice and really patient while I was ordering and making the sandwiches. My child wanted a pizza, but they didn't have the bread. I asked them if they could make a pizza on flat bread, and they did! They used the sauce from the meatballs. I left a tip and will definitely go back “
“This place is just ok depending on who's working, the food is good but your experience will depend on whose working and the prices can be high bcause they change alot and they don't always have the soup available but overall its typical, not too bad“

“I hadn’t been in a subway restaurant for months. I saw a commercial and it brought me in with cravings for a Sub. I stopped by my neighborhood Subway and now I am addicted. I have gone at least twice for week for the last month or two because the day time manager Nema was quite professional, organized and detailed. She’s often there alone and handles a line of patrons with kindness… no frustration or complaints. I went in today and a man was cursing her, extremely rude and belligerent. She repeatedly apologized for the delay ( she was waiting on people) and he felt overlooked. He stepped out of line and sat down, she merely greeted the next person in line and he went on a rampage. She continued to apologize and made his sandwich. He eventually calmed down. He sat down and ate 1/2 of the sandwich. I stayed in the restaurant to make sure he was not going to harm her. He appeared violent. I was afraid for her. She has a difficult job!.,Let’s try to be respectful of hard working people. Thank you manager Nema for your hard work. We enjoy having a Subway in walking distance of our home.“

“Since the management has changed, it's gotten a lot better from a few years ago, but they seem to be understaffed more often than not.That said, the staff they have often are really good and doing the work of 2-3 people as efficiently as they can. I highly respect quite a few people they have on the line now, especially given how ridiculous the clientele at the location can be.“
