“Bad experience this morning. You know those coupons that you buy from school kids. Tried to use one and found out they are only good for two 20oz drinks according to the girl that took our order. My husband bought a 20oz, and I got a 16oz. Because I got a 16oz, the girl did not honor it. Never said a word. Looked up the charge and found out that way. Tried to explain a 16oz is cheaper than a 20oz. She still refused. We asked for our coupon back, but she refused to give it to us. Asked to speak to someone else, and she ignored us. It's not that serious, but bogo is usually buy one get one of equal or lesser value right it even says on the coupon itself.“

“Just a quick shout-out to the young lady working the first window...Daniella. I paid for my coffee, then waited for several minutes while a van was sitting at the food window. I saw Daniella leaning out the window, so I backed up and asked what the hold-up was, she said she didn't know but she would run up front and grab my coffee, which she did. Thank you, Daniella!“

“Always a great option for a quick bite and a refreshing beverage! Staff was amazing as usual and very knowledgeable and accommodating to my dietary preferences.

Dietary restrictions: I have a lactose allergy and am caffeine free. The staff was very knowledgeable with making sure all ingredients in my drink were okay for me to consume as well as using caffeine free ingredients!

Parking: A lot of options for free parking (it’s inside a store)“

“Seems they are regularly training new folks. probably need better pay. my drinks are consistently delicious and if there'd ever an issue with my order, they promptly apologize and fix it. these poor folks are constantly dealing with rude customers. People need to cut them a break. owner needs to cut them a bigger check.“

“I stopped for lunch on 12/20. Got order to go. I ordered quarter pounder meal with coffee. This was best tasting food I have had from a McDonald's in awhile. Food was hot,fries were hot and fresh and coffee was hot and fresh. The person that I dealt with was very pleasant and friendly.“
