“I don't want to sound racist but i think the employees chosen to work here are higher quality kids that leave in the area . food meals here are clean and outstanding stuff! This is the first and only location that listen to my food orders at any other location when i ask mc burger no cheese i always get it with cheese and need to wait on the side until they make me new one and sometimes even the new ones comes with cheese !“

“Been a few months since I've been to this location. Turns out they've redesigned their drive-thru so that if you're using mobile-thru you have to take a completely different entrance into the parking lot than what you used to. You can't even get into that line without leaving the parking lot, going out into the street and reentering through the other entrance. So when you get in the wrong line, it becomes a big catastrophe trying to get your food.“

“On January 5, 2024 at 9:58 pm, I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. A recorded voice said the store had just closed. I was going to pull away when a very nice young lady with medium length brown straight hair and a black sweater/jacket on (I didn't get her name) walked up to my truck and offered to take my order. She then ran in to the restaurant and met me at the window and finished the transaction. I am very appreciative of her efforts. The other two people (one a young man that was dressed like a manager) that waited on me were also so polite and friendly. The young lady who waited on me deserves 10 stars! Also, from the drive-thru window you can see in the kitchen and I was very impressed with how clean the place looked, and how neat the staff looked. So incredibly different compared with the service provided at the other fast food places in the area. Chick-fil-A is my new favorite. Great food, clean environment, exceptional service. “We went to the location on Plainfield this evening for dinner. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. Everyone seemed very friendly and the restaurant was clean. Chris the manager took our order, and let me tell you that he’s a wonderful person. I had a few questions as it has been a while since we’ve been to Freddy’s. Chris was very friendly and answered my questions w/out me feeling like I was bothering. The food was hot, the onion rings were awesome. I can’t recommend this location enough. I ordered ice cream to take home to the grandkids, the manager included a few toppings for them. I appreciate you so much! Awesome manager.. awesome customer service.. great food. Stop on in if you’re in the area!“

““I recently tried Wing Snob for the first time, and I was impressed! The wings were fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. I went with the Lemon Pepper and Mango Habanero sauces, and both were delicious—just the right balance of tangy and spicy.

The portion sizes were generous, and the fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. I also appreciated that they had options for boneless wings and even vegan wings, which is great when dining with a group.

The staff was friendly, and my order was ready on time. The only downside was that it’s a bit pricier than your typical wing spot, but honestly, the quality made it worth it.

“Let me start by saying we love Chik-Fil-A. Mobile order drive thru lane here lacks typical Chil-Fil-A service during busy times. Not enough workers to man mobile pickup and regular drive thru orders. Recent visit it took about 20 minutes to get to window and get food despite a short mobile pickup line. Would recommend doing carry out to get food at this location during busy times.“

“Came here for lunch on a Tuesday after my daughter's appointment. Was greeted by Pettra and she took our order. She helped me save a bit of $ by doing the 2 for $6 they have right now and also noticed my daughter didn't get a drink with her food so she did not hesitate to get us a cup for water (my daughter loves water so it was awesome!) awesome customer service there! Definitely made eating lunch here a great experience 🙂“

“Food was standard quality for Five Guys. Special call-out to the server with a beard who was particularly attentive to when our kiddo picked up the bag from the counter and said thank you, the guy paid enough attention to make eye contact and say you're welcome. Something so seemingly small is somehow uncommon in fast food. I will return here before other places for this type of experience. Kudos to the staff for being kind and attentive.“

“I hate how much I love this chicken. The fish is ridiculously amazing as well. I crave it on the regular and just wish it were closer to me. My favorite is the tenders with the spicy seasoning. The man in charge is super helpful and has excellent customer service. My only "complaint" is I wish he had more space and seating to eat in.“

“It's taco bell.That being said, this location is cleaner than most. I came in around 9:45pm to grab a quick bite. The workers were jamming. I got my food in minutes.I've historically had issues with this location, where Ive arrived in the later hours and this place was closed but hours on Google said it was open. That was frustrating for the several times it happened. Not sure if that was a staffing issue?Either way, it looks like it got remodeled and has more staff now. I'll come by again

Vegetarian options: My go to option is the Cheesy bean and rice burrito, no nacho cheese, add lettuce, tomato and extra rice and red sauce, then grill it. I get like 3 of those and it's 6 bucks.Ask to have the burritos Fresco style if you want it Vegan (It additionally takes off the creamy jalapeno sauce which has eggs)“

“I work right next door and I can get a quick bite to eat in my break. The delivery is great and my sandwich is always the way I order it. The staff is beyond friendly and I love getting the day old bread for my vegetarian son. He loves his lettuce sandwiches.“

“We usually go to the LJS near our home but were out on the other end of town. We were met by a lady named Andrea, whom I believe was the manager. She flashed us a big smile with a hearty “welcome”. The place was so clean, and bright. Food prepared by Dave was crispy and delicious. Just a shout out to them both! We visited the LJS out on 28th street Grand Rapids, MI. “While waiting for my car oil change I was craving a delicious breakfast burrito. After ordering I was informed they were out of breakfast. My order was refunded. This turned in to a delightful experience as I had to change my order to a crunch wrap supreme which I haven’t had in years and it was bomb!“

“Standard Taco Bell.

- Dish: Hard Shell Taco. Yep, about what you’d expect. Nothing wrong. Just your cookie-cutter taco. My son thoroughly enjoyed it as he does most any taco.

- Dish: Burrito. Again, about what you’d expect. A bit heavier on the beans.

- Service: Geared more toward ordering online or using the kiosks. Took a bit of convincing to have someone take our order, but we were taken care of.

- Atmosphere: Very pleasant modern fast food restaurant feel with a flare of Mexican. A few of the tables were dirty, but there were enough for us to select a clean table. There were no other customers at the time of our visit, but there was a lot going on in the drive-thru.

- Conclusion: It’s your standard fast food restaurant. You get what you pay for.

“Very yummy food! I always get a frosty and some fries, it's a top tier combo. They have Halloween coupons I used I october to get free frosties, loved that! There is a bit of a long line though during meal hours, gets a little annoying. Usually a 10 minute wait though so it's not that bad I guess.“

“After searching for the best fried chicken in Grand Rapids, I found this place and decided to give it a try.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly greeted and felt very welcome.
I ordered 8 pieces of dark meat, resisting the temptation to get some seafood as well.
My order was ready in 20 minutes, just as promised.

Back in my truck, I eagerly dug into my meal.

“My husband and I have lived in this area for approximately three years. There was a period about two years ago, that we stopped coming to this location due to the food not being fresh, the employees were very rude, the restaurant was never clean!! I think it was about a year and a half ago we decided to give it another chance because we had heard it was under new management , we are so thankful that we did! This place has completely turned around! The food is always fresh, the new manager is an older lady, and you can tell that she is passionate about the store! This store is honestly the cleanest I have ever seen a subway, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the 1st shift staff are just wonderful now! Hats off to whoever decided to hire her! When purchasing fries or wedges, u shouldn’t have to pay for ketchup, or catsup (however u want to spell it)!“

“I've ALWAYS loved their food at this location. This time I need to talk about the amazing customer service I experienced.We ordered food for delivery with a requested 6:30 pm delivery time. At 6:50 pm our food still hadn't arrived. I called to ask if there was a problem with our delivery. The extremely polite person on the phone went to check on it. I was apologized to and they took full responsibility that the order was made but never made it out for delivery. They remade it fresh again and said they'd get it out immediately for delivery. They then proceeded to refund my full purchase price including the delivery fee. The person who delivered our order apologized again and said they threw in 2 free cookies as well. I about cried because I felt so valued as a customer. Seems like nowhere does these kinds of things anymore when an honest mistake is made. Way to go Potbelly!! You have a customer for life. Even though the driver already left the young lady that answered the phone was very nice about accommodating for us. The driver was very helpful when trying to find a good spot to meet for drop off as well.“
